+: Местоположение очень классное ! Лучше и быть не может ! Но мне не ответили ни на одно сообщение ! Мы приехали как молодожёны, и предупредили об этом , но никакой реакции . -: Не понравилось , что парковка платная и весьма дорогая . За трое суток убрались один раз и очень плохо . Просто заправили кровать . И повторюсь , ни на один вопрос иди просьбу через Баккинг ответа не последовало.

+: Расположение отеля 1010Вид из окна -: Воды не дали. Рестораны закрываются рано. Приехали в 9 вечера голодные и даже негде покушать. Сотрудник валет паркинга дал тележку для сумок, мы их сами туда складывали, потом катили до самого номера. Когда заходили в отель нам даже не помог придержать дверь стоящий рядом охранник. Во время регистрации не то что не сказали где проходят завтраки, но и не дали купоны на них. Завтрак ужасный. Лучше сходите в парк напротив и там перекусите с красивым видом.

+: Отличное месторасположение, просторный номер, красивый отель с историей, прекрасные завтраки. -: При заселении сняли сумму налогов и сборов повторно (были оплачены заранее). Принесли извинения, предложили бесплатные завтраки, обещали разобраться как можно скорее. В итоге, проблема решилась только при выселении из отеля.

Парковка слишком дорогая - 80 долларов в сутки. При этом машину с ключом нужно отдавать парковщику, а я этого не люблю. Так получилось, что нужно было продлить проживание на сутки. Но цена оказалась практически в 2 раза выше. Выхода не было, я заплатила. Но 500 долларов за ночь в этом отеле - это перебор. Он того не стоит. И номер был самый-самый обычный. Хоть и в новом здании, которое ощутимо дороже старого. Не было ни халата, ни тапочек, ни мини-бара. Нас поселили на 5 этаже с видом на окна рядом стоящего здания. Приходилось постоянно закрывать жалюзи. Во всех коридорах отеля и в лобби работает кондиционер с установленной очень низкой температурой. Зима, никакой жары не было. А от этих кондиционеров холод жуткий. Непонятно зачем. В номерах холодно, для отопления тоже есть кондиционер. Но он дует так громко, что на ночь его включать нельзя. Уборка номеров хромает, грязная постель и полотенце, шампунь кладут один маленький флакончик на двоих - экономят, нет табличек "не тревожить" которые обычно вешаются на ручку с обратной стороныРасположение супер, завтрак отменный, кровати удобные. Время проживания: Июль 2017

Отель в самом центре, кроме цены все прекрасно. Удивительный сотрудник на консьерж сервисе. Помог мне попасть на экскурсию в Монтерей прямо по телефону в буквальном смысле поймав автобус. Время проживания: Июнь 2017
