+: Весь персонал на высшем уровне! Ресторан - 10 баллов, завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные. Можно хорошо пообедать и поужинать. А на примере сотрудника ресторана Даниэля можно обучать персонал, нет слов, только благодарность! Есть ТВ канал на русском языке. Везде исключительная чистота и порядок. Спасибо за комфортные условия проживания!

+: У нас был шикарный балкон с шикарным видом, в отеле было уютно, и на верху в ресторане неплохо готовят. -: Номера выглядят усталыми. В 9.30 нас не пустили на завтрак хотя он до 10.00 и еда еще оставалась.

+: Великолепные завтраки. Свежие фрукты и холодный сок по приезду. МиниСупермаркет напротив входа. Рядом озеро. Улица пешеходная с едой. Центр города. Небольшой бассейн, массаж нормальный в местном СПА. -: В начале заселили в номер без окон на втором этаже, так как вид во внутреннее пространство значит, что это вид в пространство себя. Доплатили за «вид на город», такой же номер, но на 7 этаже. Улица, где отель расположен, типичная вьетнамская, грязная и не ухоженная.

Ни в коем случае не посещайте SPA в этом отеле. Цены на маникюр, педикюр выше, чем в городе. Педикюр и маникюр включает только обрезание кутикулы и покрытие. Шилак снимали зверски, просто сдирали лак с ногтей. Да и то покрытие у них совсем не шилак, а простой лак, который при первом прикосновении был содран.
