+: Первый раз в этом отеле останавливались в 2006 году. Тогда он назывался Festival. Решили освежить приятные впечатления от первого посещения. Сейчас впечатления превзошли ожидания. Отель после хорошего ремонта. Заказывали семейный номер, при заселении нам предоставили два смежных номера по той-же цене. Хотя площадь двух номеров больше. Плюс дополнительная ванная и телевизор. Из -за изменения времени вылета из города Хуэ решили на сутки раньше выехать из отеля. Проблем не было для нас. Деньги взяли за фактическое время пребывания, а не за дни, на которые был заказан отель. Эти услуги нам предоставила Ms Tran Thi Loc. Кроме того, Ms Tran Thi Loc вызвала такси по выгодной для нас цене. От отеля остались очень приятные впечатления. Хорошее соотношение ценакачество. Уютный бассейн. Спасибо

+: В номере был прекрасный балкон с отличным видом. Замечательный персонал. -: Не было халатов и зубных щеток. Шумоизоляция входной двери могла быть лучше, утром отлично слышен шум работы персонала.

+: Новый отель. Все чисто. Бронировали семейный номер с балконом, по факту балкона не было, а в комнате у детей не было окна. Попросили поменять. В итоге взяли 2 двухместных номера с балконами, стоимость при этом не изменилась. Завтраки хорошие, но ресторан больше нацелен на азиатских туристов. -: Жесткие матрацы в номере. На балконе нет ни стульев, на стола, невозможно вечером посидеть. До центра идти минут 10-15.
