Wi-fi в номере на 6-м этаже вроде есть, но не рабоиает ничего. Пртходилось каждый раз приходилось спускаться в лобби.Персонал весьма приветлив. Расположение устроило: рядом небольшой рынок, прокат скутеров и тд. Время проживания: Ноябрь 2016

Очень плохой интернет, очень однообразный завтрак, нерасторопный персонал за завтраком, неудобная ванна, очень плохой курс обмена валюты на рецепшене, слишком дорогой спаМестоположение в центре, немного далековато от достопримечательностей, но ок Время проживания: Февраль 2017

Далековато пешком от цитадели, особенно с вьетнамским трафиком и дорогамиМы проживали в отеле, когда на регион обрушился тайфун, света не было по всему району, но в отеле на лобби можно было почитать и подзарядить телефон. При выселении была проблема с дальнейшим трансфером, девочки с ресепшн очень помогли, все организовали, забронировали, проконтролировали, отправили! Огромное им спасибо!!! В остальном: чистые номера, красивый вид на город, хорошие завтраки. Время проживания: Ноябрь 2017

Самый большой минус для меня это то, что в течение 3 дней (всего времени нашего пребывания в Хуэ) в номере не было горячей воды,вообще. Пробовала в разное время суток-ни вечером,ни утром,ни даже в 4 часа ночи.Отель довольно большой, расположение нормальное,достопримечательности в Хуэ все равно сильно разбросаны,город большой,пешком не дойти,так что передвигаться приходится на такси. Персонал приветливый,правда в отличие от большинства отелей в разных городах Вьетнама заселить раньше времени чек-ина нас не смогли. Второе одеяло тоже не дали. Время проживания: Январь 2017
