+: Местоположение, прям в центре. Очень удобно. Красивый отель. -: Завтрак был довольно скудный для отеля такого уровня. Мы остановились только на одну ночь и видно было, что мы не очень значимые гости. У нас не забрали багаж, не проводили в номер. Просто дали карточки и сказали идите! Но все это с улыбкой)

+: Очень люблю этот Отель. -: После пандемии, к сожалению, выбор опций на завтраке стал значительно уже..я бы сказала, в три раза хуже. Но, вынуждена признать, это коснулось, практически всех отелей.

+: Расположение идеальное для шопинга и осмотра туристических достопримечательностей. Комфортные кровати. Довольно чисто в номере - редкость для Вьетнама. -: Интерьер сильно устарел. Я бы даже назвал его древним. Вокруг полно отелей с более современной и новой мебелью и с подобными удобствами в 3-4 раза дешевле. Тренажеры в спортзале тоже старые. Парковка очень тесная. Завтрак не блещет разнообразием - все стандартно яйца, тосты, сосиски, хлопья, суп Фо.

+: прекрасный отель в французском колониальном стиле. на стенах старые фотографии Сайгона, очень интересно. прекрасное месторасположение, красивый вид с бара на крыше. для любителей выкурить сигару, есть отельная сигарная комната. рекомендую! -: не понравился завтрак. от 5 звезд и такого знаменитого отеля как Rex, ожидал большего. в остальном все хорошо

+: Прекрасное расположение, чистота. -: Останавливалась в этот отпуск в рексе два раза. Оба раза бронировала люкс. Первый раз дали номер с окном в двор колодец и выходом во внутренний двор. То есть вида нет, через дверь орёт вечернее шоу и слышны все проходящие мимо люди. И с двумя кроватями, хотя бронировала с одной. Но хотя бы номер был большой. Второй раз поселили вообще в какой то конуре. Маленькая гостиная с крошечным окном и спальня без окон. И микро ванная- туалет. Номера менять отказались, типа нет свободных. Каким образом это были номера люкс - непонятно. По каким критериям оценивается уровень номера? То есть, заплатив за люкс, вам может достаться и огромный номер с балконом и видом на площадь и раза в три меньший номер с видом на соседнюю стену в паре метров или вообще практически без окон. Я думаю, что подобные различия нужно как-то указывать. Завтраки достаточно скудные для отеля 5*. В любой тройке в Нячанге примерно тоже самое.
