+: Staff were very helpful. I had to contact a couple of times and all were very quick and responsive.The room was lovely, high standard and felt super comfortable. The balcony with view of the mountain was a bonus!Location was perfect for us as we came by train and used the buses to get around to Kaprun etc… so convenient location.

-: Just missing real mugs for a cup of tea or coffee, and we heard a lot of noise from the other guests above us overnight but otherwise top notch!

-: فقط المكيف بالسكن إذا كان الجو حار

+: Einfache, unkomplizierte Anreise, schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass wir nicht woanders essen gehen mussten.

-: Es war alles soweit toll. Eine Möglichkeit zum waschen der Klamotten hätten wir uns noch gewünscht.

-: ماكان فيه ثلاجة خاصه وكانت الثلاجه تحت نشاركها مع الجميع ، التنظيف بعد ماسكنا فيها كان سيء كانوا بس يغيرون الفوط اما ترتيب السرير وكذا ماكانوا يسوونه
