Дизайн-отель VOX с бесплатным Wi-Fi расположен в центре Вены, всего в 5 минутах ходьбы от парка «Аугартен» и станции метро Schottenring.
Просторные и светлые номера оформлены индивидуально в стиле ар-нуво. В каждом номере есть телевизор с плоским экраном и кабельными каналами, мини-бар, гостиный уголок, сейф и собственная ванная комната. Завтрак подается прямо в номер.
Неподалеку находятся несколько ресторанов австрийской, интернациональной и кошерной кухонь. От отеля VOX можно легко добраться до различных баров, пабов и ночных клубов.

+: Die Lage ist gut, das Bett ist groß und bequem.
-: Schmutz in den Fugen im Bad, sowohl in der Dusche als auch auf dem Boden. Dusche undicht, Überschwemmung bis ins Schlafzimmer. Die Gardinen sind uralt, schmutzig, verblichen und hängen in „fetzen“ vom Brett. Keine Reinigung des Zimmers in 4 Tagen, neue Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage. Fön funktioniert für ca. 30 Sekunden und geht dann aus, auch nach Beanstandung keine Reparatur oder Ersatz. Lediglich 5 örtliche Fernsehsender im TV, Internet schwach und instabil. Fast nur englisch sprechende Rezeptionistin, beim auschecken am Samstag Vormittag Rezeption garnicht besetzt, auch kein Hinweis für Schlüsselabgabe.

+: Theodora, staff member at reception was very helpful and tried to instantly remedy what she could when we advised her of any issue.The location was good, so we could get to the city centre easily.The room was clean.
-: There is no automatic lighting at the entrance (when coming in at night) or to go up the narrow stairwell. When we asked about this the next day we were shown where the switch was! This should be advised in advance. The little fridge did not keep perishables cool or cold (fridge needs replacing), the Nespresso machine does not work properly (no milk supplied - thank you Theodora for giving us your milk!), the curtains fall off the rails when one draws them ( I had to climb up on a table to replace hooks on track that have no stopper! )The clothing drawers were stained inside and old, the bathroom sink blocked up as the stopper remained closed tight. It became unhygienic (next to the toilet bowl) to fill the kettle from there but there was nowhere else and the water filled the basin - cleaner unplugged stopper from underneath the next day). The street is quite noisy with a homeless shelter immediately opposite the accommodation, and service vehicles and people coming and going from early in the morning. The building generally very dated.

+: Ganz gut gelegen, geräumig, recht ruhig, gute Ausstattung.
-: Sauber, aber nicht zu 100% (Sofa). Bügeleisen vorhanden, aber keine brauchbare Oberfläche, um es zu nutzen. Einwegshampoofläschchen, obwohl ein auffüllbarer Behälter vorhanden wäre.

+: Good location and easy to find. We stayed at room 5 which was very spacious and clean. Towels changed every day. Staff was helpful. The wifi had good reception.
-: Shower cabin was a bit small compared to the size of the bathroom and the shower head was not stable. Also tv was not working.
