+: Beautiful garden. Good and tasty food, very good sea food in main restaurant but there wasn't watermelon. We got one bottle wine from Hotel. Big plus for me was a party on the beach and possibility to watch Football matches in June in the theater. In the hotel area is cat paradise. Animals are well-kept.
-: This stay was difficult for us from the beginning. We paid for two rooms for our family and friends, we traveled on our own. We got room nr 19208. View from this room not agree whit our booking!!!! I attached photos from this room and from my reservation. The second room had the same problem. We got a room with the view on the fence and sand. On the reception they tried to convince us that we got rooms which we ordered. But It wasn't true. I argued with the receptionist and showed him the photos from booking page and exactly photos form our reservation. They were quite different. Because the situation was difficult I asked about guest relation but nobody comes. After 30 minutes waiting on reception I got from reception menager information that I could choose new rooms , first option was with the view on swim pool second option was room with view like on my reservation. I also heard from him that this rooms were better what I ordered but of course it wasn't true. Be careful please with reservation on this hotel. I travel a lot , but it is first situation (even in Egypt and in the world ) that I got worst room that I ordered and paid !. the second important problem in hotel is service during dinner time. We ordered drinks to dinner but we didn't receive them. The service was so long that we finished our dinner and we went out after 30 minutes and we didn't receive ordered drinks. During our dinner waiter served Egyptian guests, He talked with them, he brought drinks for them and forget about us. It wasn't a one off situation. -on quiet swimming pool the rescuer kept picking on people - only soap 3 in 1 in bathroom, no body lotion, no shampoo - it was nightmare to wash long hair
