+: Hotel was what we were looking for: on a smaller side, adult only, to just relax. It was 4 star, but very well kept, rooms were freshly renovated, very clean, great service. We were not looking for party or adventure. Just wanted great weather, good service and food, and loungers so we can read our books and maybe snorkel. Food was very good and varied, drinks were just fine and regularly refilled, PLENTY of very comfy loungers both by the pool and on the beach. Coral right off the beach - bleached, but plenty of fish to see. Hotel serves to TUI and they likely rarely have guests who book independently, so we caused a bit of disruption to the front desk with all our questions. But thanks to that everyone certainly recognized us :) the front desk supervisor, Mr. E. Muhammad was fenomenal. Everyone was helpful, but he was exceptional and hotel should be proud to have a Manager like him. He just get things done, put us at ease and truly truly cared for us and made sure our stay is a positive experience. We hit a little stressful situation with our arrival (2am) and some miscommunication with hotel, which Booking.com helped solve seamlessly.

+: alles mega Service mega freundliches Personal z.b. lagen am Pool wollte denn Sonnenschirm auf spannen wegen Schatten : es kam sofort Personal und sobald der Schatten wieder weg war kam das Pool Personal und schaute immer das ich im Schatten lag mega toll!! oder wir hatten Parterre unsere kleine Terrasse und obwohl das Service Personal der Bar uns nichts bringen mussten haben sie mit einer sehr freundlichen Art und Weise uns trotzdem was zu trinken gebracht !!! und es wurde uns jeder wünsch erfüllt mega mega

+: Everything about the Hotel was a winner. The staff were professional, friendly and so attentive. The food was incredible- 5 star standard, beautifully cooked. The exercise classes with Ahmed were as tough as you needed them to be and always enjoyable. Brilliant value for money. Our first time in Egypt. We had never done a holiday like this before but from the moment the taxi driver picked us up and then dropped us off a week later we were so well looked after. Well done to the entire team.

+: Not too big, classy and chilled. Rooms massive. Safe area like one big community

+: The overall hotel area is lovely and beautifully designed. All well maintained. Staff in general very helpful and friendly. We loved spending our days at the pool, the area has always been kept tidy and clean. The sunbeds very comfortable. Usually there was someone around to serve drinks. The rooms are modern and up to date what we really liked. Hassan who cleaned our room every day was great.

-: Breakfast ended at 10 am (which is fine of course) but we found it extremely annoying that 15-20 prior 10 they started removing everything from your table and make you feel busy. You swallow your last bite and the plate is taken away. I think they should let the guests finish their breakfast peacefully.
