+: To be honest staff are good
-: Actually I shocked when arrived and cancelled the reservation immediately, there is no relation between photos on website and what I found , also there is no WiFi in rooms although written on their website free WiFi available, elevator not working ,you have to use stairs even if you have health problems or senior.I spent a lot of money in transportation without any benefit .

Hotel's restaurant was an exceptional experience, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the chef and the entire kitchen team for their outstanding work.
-: The elevators were temporarily unavailable, which caused some inconvenience. While I understand that such issues can arise unexpectedly, having the elevators out of service did make it a bit challenging, but I appreciate how supportive the hotel's team was to overcome this issue.
