+: The location is only about 7 minutes' walk to old town. If you go out the back (also considered main and only entranceexit), then turn to your left, go up stairs and cross landing...before you take another left at the big arch. From there, go uphill one block to Old Town. There are a variety of restaurants nearby and if you go out the same way and take an immediate left...up stairs..cross landing and thru parking "arm," you take the next right, you arrive on the Road where the supermarket is. Carrefour. Just beyond the supermarket is a bunch restaurants and we enjoyed several of them. The TV is all streaming with hundreds of stations in at least 10 languages. sometimes the streaming stopped for very long periods of time and the picture just frozen on the TV., often never to restart. there are a lot of English speaking TV stations.The apartment is huge. There is one small den with a tv and a very large living room and dining area combination with the huge piano in it. It also had an AC unit that kept the kitchen and the Den pretty cool.This location is off street. There is a secured entrance. For a taxi to know where to pick you up, you need specific instructions from the owner to send the driver. You are actually in a large alleyway where the main entrance is, but it is very safe and its used as a pass through for people who live above and below. We love the spaciousness of the apartment and how close it is to everything, even though it's on a very busy Street. It was fairly quiet, too.We enjoy some people watching from the lovely terrace.The owner is also really nice and very helpful. He was always there to answer any questions we had.You definitely can't beat the value at this place. I will rate the value a 10!

-: We just had a couple of challenges. One was that the secondary bedroom is not air conditioned and it can be stuffy unless you open the 2 doors, one of which goes to the other bedroom, the other to a living room. This is a consideration if privacy is a concern. The Georgians don't leave a with instructions on how to use anything. We didn't know how to turn on TV or which remote is needed. While the owner is tell there, you might want to look around, turn things on and off and make sure you understand anything that is unfamiliar.

+: Very nice, clean and spacious apartment, in a central part of the city. Although winter, it was warm 24 hours a day. Very good communication with the host.

+: Grand appartement ancien, beaucoup de charme.

-: Le bruit de la route.

+: This is certainly the most central apartment in Old Tblisi. Right on the corner of the river and the street up to Liberty Square. Everything is within walking distance. Bridge of peace is within 300 meter south of flat.

-: At first the outside of the entrance is a bit daunting, but once inside you realize this is a home from home.

+: Best apartment in Tbilisi I've ever been ) Silva and Sandro are very charming. Flat is very atmospheric and comfort. Drawings and paint pictures on walls, past times stylish furniture, excellent grand piano "steinway and sons" ( but it's a little out of tune ) and lot of nice interior details. Each window has balcony. Main terrace is big enough for dinner table. Kitchen is equipped perfectly, bathroom has bath tube big enough. Apartment has good soundproof and this is anomality for Tbilisi ) Shure we'll be back !
