+: Very large room and private balcony.....Hardwood floors.....Reasonably priced.....Good heating unit.....Outlets by the beds.....Located in the heart of Batumi (not Old Town).....Located on a fairly busy street but noise was not an issue......Staffed 247 and the gentleman at reception was very helpful in solving the few issues that I had.....Will definitely stay here again..
-: A chair and table on the balcony would be nice.....Just one overhead light. Lighting was weak at first but the bulb gets brighter the longer it is on.
