-: Es war nicht sauber! Schon beim Check in entdeckte ich Haare auf dem Teppichboden und man konnte vor lauter Flecken nicht barfuß auf den Boden gehen. Das Sofa und der Sessel hatten jeweils Löcher und das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und der Geruch im ganzen Hotel war nicht gut. Zum Frühstück bekam man nie was man am Vorabend gewählt hat. Es gab nur Pulver Kaffee und nie Milch. Das Brot war trocken und die Eier roh. Das Frühstück war ungenießbar.

+: The rooms are clean and have a nice design. The hallway is indeed like a Gallery.

-: - people still smoke in the building, the ground floor and the elevator almost always smelled like cigarettes;- there must have been some renovations as we had to enter through the back door and everything was dusty;- you can barely find the place, hidden on the 8th floor of a building that doesn't mark the presence of a hotel at all;- property not fit for babies and strollers. We had asked in advance for a crib to be added in the room. And they did but the crib did not respect the safety standards for small babies (mattress was too fluffy which is a suffocation risk), no solution was provided. I had to search for a travel crib at 10pm, on a storm. Neither the front, nor the back of the building allow for entrance with a stroller as there are only stairs and no ramp. - upon checkin we asked if the room had a shower or a bath, and we were assured there were both. When we entered, we saw it was only a shower; no solution was provided when we asked for an alternative.We would have understood some of these ommissions because Georgia is in general more laid-back but they surely were not laid back when they rushed to charge a late checkout fee (half of the daily room fare) as we had to stay until 3pm for baby nap.Absolutely not coming back.

I cannot do it immediately)3) language barrier - English level A+, maybe low B4) lack of client orientation 5) staff are not well trained 6) lack of sync between staff 7) beds are not comfortable, too soft = result neck pain8) too stuffily in room9) nobody refresh water in your room unless you ask 5 times
