-: 1- Location is 25+ mins from the city center by private car. Which is really far.2- At the check-in time, the receptionist asked to cancel the booking from booking.com as they’re taking 20% commission on this booking which is a lot for them, receptionist said!!3- The room was not clean AT ALL. Seems there was no room service, as there were a lot of ants on the mini-bar & a spider web next to the bed🤦🏻‍♂️ absolute dirtiness.4- We booked 4 nights in mid of June, & the weather was really hot & humid. The AC was not working & the owner was aware of that & we asked them to fix it. However they claimed that the technician is out of the town & we shall wait till the company sends someone. They only fixed it after 2 nights5- Furthermore, they don’t change the towels & bedsheets until 3 days!!!6- The light bulbs in the room were not working (2 out of 3 were dead) & the one in the toilet as well (1 out of 2 bulbs). I asked the owner to change that, he said that “as long as the room is not totally dark & you still can see, hence there’s no problem” owner said!!!!!!They installed a half dead bulb in the room at the night before we checked out 🤦🏻‍♂️7- There is a sewerage smell in the toilet.🤮

-: I recently stayed at the Holiday Villa in Tbilisi with my family, and it was a highly disappointing experience. We chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as having air conditioning on Booking.com. However, upon our arrival, we discovered that there was no air conditioning in our room.We were told by the staff that the air conditioning would be fixed the next day, so we booked an additional two days in hopes that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, it never was. The temperature in the room was unbearable, and with a family, this was extremely uncomfortable and stressful.When we complained to the staff about the lack of air conditioning, we were told to open the windows. This would have been a somewhat acceptable solution if it weren’t for the mosquitoes outside. Our nights were sleepless and miserable.The final straw was the rude behavior of the staff. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and the urgent need for a resolution, we were met with indifference and were even told we could leave if we were unhappy. This happened at 10 PM, leaving us with no viable options and nowhere to go with my family at such a late hour.Overall, the experience was terrible, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying at the Holiday Villa in Tbilisi. It was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, especially when traveling with family.
