+: The location, the staff, the service and the housekeeping.

-: More variety in breakfast, it started to be boring on the 4th day.

+: Every things was Perfect, especially the location.But it was a bit hard for taxi drivers to find hotel, and you have to go to liberty Square.

+: Standard room was just about right for a couple, situated in the prime location - most city center places - are at a walkable distance, the roof top resto is cool and the view from the 6th floor is amazing. Clean rooms. We stayed here for 4 nights, 3 nights on 1st floor which has no view; last night on 6th floor which was amazing. Reception staff is good (Ekaterine and Nina helped us), the others don't care. Breakfast has both veg and non-veg options and met the expectations.

-: Some staff would not even look at us and smile (found a majority of them with poker face - felt very unwelcoming), Rooms are smaller but still sufficient, very basic toiletries, reception desk never picked any calls (strange),

+: ممتاز من حيث سرعه الإجراءات و الطاقم و الموقع و الخدمه و الفطور متنوع و الديكور جميل و قريب من جميع المعالم السياحيه.. موقع ممتاز.. اللوبي جميل و جلسات كثير و يوجد ركن للأطفال و توفر القهوة و انواع الشاي و الكوكيز طوال اليوم.اطلاله الغرفه خيااااااليه.. مرة حبيت الاطلاله..

-: ilk gün klima sesinden dolayı uyunamıyacak oda verdiler .itirazımız üzerine değiştirdiler.bu booking müşterileri için olabilecek en kötü odalardan birini veriyorlar ancak itiraz edersiniz değiştiriyorlar.bunu işletmelerin taktiği olarak düşünüyorum.bu tip işletmelerin booking tarafından ciddi olarak uyarılması gerekir diye düşünüyorum.

+: Location, cleanliness and facilities. Specially location and surroundings. The room which i booked “suite with balcony” was the best view room.

-: Mostly the behavior of the staffs. We felt that they don’t know hospitality. Rest all was perfect and good.

+: Staff members of the hotel were incredibly helpful and supportive, not to mention highly professional and immaculately polite!I had very distressing issue with earlier cancellation through Booking. Only thanks to Ibis Styles Center Hotel staff (namely David and George) I managed to solve it.

+: Perfect location close to everywhere staff is really helpful. Nice breakfast .roof restaurant is very nice delicious meals served. We love the lobby section there are coffee machine drinkable water anytime Also there is a place for kids to play games we really like that place. For me it’s best hotel experience in Tbilisi .
