The breakfast at the hotel raised halal concerns as it lacked clear labelling or options for halal-certified food, which might be disappointing for Muslim guests seeking halal choices during their stay. Secondly, one essential amenity was missing from the rooms: a hand shower in the bathroom. This absence made it inconvenient for guests who prefer or require the use of a handheld showerhead for personal hygiene.
