As soon as we arrived at check in we went to the assigned room, as soon as we entered we noticed an unpleasant smell, we therefore reported it to the reception in a very polite and kind manner, but we noticed a slightly annoyed attitude on the part of the owner, in the end they assigned us another room where the same problem did not arise so we decided to change rooms. The room was very clean, and renovated down to the smallest detail, a lot The furnishings are also beautiful, the bathroom has also been renovated with a beautiful style.
-: Inside the room there is not even a kettle for preparing hot drinks, kettles are now present in all hotels in the world, unfortunately one night I didn't feel well with my stomach and I needed to prepare an infusion and heat some water to put the water bag on my belly . It is not even possible to prepare a chamomile tea in the hotel lobby as it is only open in the morning and only for a fee with breakfast. Finally the next day I went to buy it but when I really needed it the service wasn't there. There are no indications for the wifi pass in the room. I had to go to reception to ask for directions on how to access. The sink is very nice but the tap was installed in the wrong position because if you wash your face the water all goes out. In the bathroom there is no water sprayer built into the toilet. Poor the value for money. High price for the few if not non-existent services offered
