+: מקום קסוּם ומוּשקע מאוד בכל היבט. צופה וממוקם באופן נפלא. התייחסות הצוות לכל אורח ואורח. נהננו מאוד.

+: Amazing location in the bay, facilities are amazing. The reception area dining area all renovated and very nice. We had a very nice view from our room of the bay. Staff in restaurant were great. The cleaning lady on floor 5 was amazingly helpful ( it’s great they change towels and bedding every day). Renting boats is a must do!

-: The room was just ok not 5 star, it was renovated but it looked like everything was already falling apart, the tiles were mouldy, the shower was turning green colour, the sink was wooden and all fading. It’s a shame because the rest of hotel is very nice, they just haven’t updated the hall ways and rooms done cheaply with poor standards. We also did not like the food at breakfast it was just ok but not great. We are staying at Kerkyra spa hotel and food is a lot better here. Also 35 euro pp for dinner (without drinks) is way too expensive! We went across the road and our total bill for two at Tango bar each night was 35 euros (including drinks!) . When we arrived it was late and the parking area was full we had to leave the car and we’re told we would get welcome drinks the next day ( we never did). Overall I think feels like 4 star superior but the amazing location makes this still totally worth going to! I think if they improved the rooms and hallway it would be much better.

+: Loved everything about this hotel, the staff were excellent and the room was amazing. Right above the nicest beach too (in my opinion).

+: Amazing views from our room, the pool and restaurants. Staff were friendly, welcoming and seemed happy to be there. Food at the ala carte restaurant was excellent and there was a jazz trio on Saturday who were fantastic.

-: The cappuccino at breakfast was not great.

+: Great location, amazing views and staff were helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and clean room.

-: The only downside is getting a day bed by the pool after breakfast. Guests put towels down even when they are not there- 9am we arrived at the pool and there were only 2 day beds available and 80% with towels had no one on them until at least 10:30am.

-: האמת היינו צריכים לפנות את החדש ב- 11:00, ביקשנו דחייה בשעה אחת בלבד כי היינו צריכים ישר לצאת לשדה התעופה וזה לא התאפשר. אבל חוץ מזה היה אחלה

+: Vue magnifique de la chambre, de la piscine. Très bonne qualité des restaurants

-: la taille de la chambre était trop petite pour un couple avec un (grand) enfant de 15 ans
