+: Location was great .very close to the sea.

+: I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area was stunning, perfect for lounging and cooling off in the sun. The food was exceptional—every breakfast and evening meal was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist. A special mention goes to Rodrigo, who works tirelessly and was always kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The only slight drawback is that the hotel is a bit remote. However, there is car hire available just around the corner, which made exploring easier. There is also a bus service, though it isn’t very frequent, but we managed to catch it to both Rhodes Town and Lindos without any issues. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

+: Apart from what I mention in the dislike, the access is free and full to all the facilities which are amazing, the food is excellent and the service is wonderful. Adjust your expectations if you are directed to economy or Alia apartment....

-: I'll start with the "but": the photos on the site mainly reflect the main building and there are at least 3 complexes. Not a single picture of the wing where we were housed so that when we arrived, we were very disappointed. Our room was at the gust house level. The link to the room we chose didn't show a real picture either.

+: Abbiamo alloggiato nella Suite Luxury Fronte Oceano con Piscina Privata che raccomando anche per la location rispetto agli alloggi della struttura economy che rimangono fronte strada. Personale giovane e multietnico, tutti estremamente cortesi e disponibili. Colazione a buffet molto buona Un ringraziamento particolare va a Danni, il front desk manager che oltre ad essere intervenuto personalmente alle 10:00 di sera dopo che abbiamo segnalato di avere il bagno allagato ( lo scarico doccia era intasato), ed altri inconvenevoli minori (prontamente risolti la mattinata seguente) ha dimostrato una grande professionalità omaggiandoci la mezza pensione per tutto il resto del soggiorno. Altrettanto dicasi di Rodrigo, anche lui sempre disponibile a risolvere prontamente qualunque esigenza avessimo o semplicemente fornirci consigli su cosa poter fare nei dintorni e come arrivarci

+: There was a good variety of veg and non-veg food and it was delicious. The aesthetic of the pool and palm trees looked absolutely stunning during the day and night - it was very relaxing and peaceful waking up to that view every morning

-: The AC wasn’t working well. There were ants in our bedroom everyday which was slightly annoying and the shower does not have a very good drainage system as the whole bathroom floor gets too wet, but overall it was alright.

-: We really do travel a lot, but I regret to say that our stay at this hotel was truly a sad experience. We arrived late, only to find that our room had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The sheets were stained, the floor was dirty, and there were even pieces of glass from a broken bottle. With no staff available to clean the room, we were handed sheets to make up the beds ourselves. Additionally, we were not given the room we had booked, which included an outdoor seating area. This was particularly inconvenient as we were four adults and had to use the beds as our only social area. When addressing this to the reception, we were told that the room we had booked was more popular and they had no further availability, but since the room we received was more expensive, they were not obligated to offer any change or compensation. The lack of understanding and poor attitude from the management was a huge disappointment. They never took a face-to-face dialogue, and during all the messaging they never apologized but instead had an aggressive tone. At one point, they even insisted we pay for the three bottles of soda and one bottle of wine provided by a trainee who was clearly embarrassed by the condition of the room upon check-in. The management’s customer treatment overshadowed our vacation, and we proposed to check out earlier. Eventually, the management offered a 50% refund for the remaining 5 days, with the promise of a 100% refund if the room could be rebooked. We accepted this offer and checked out, providing the reservation number and PIN for the Booking.com reservation as requested by Alia so they could cancel. We later received a message stating that unless we confirmed in response to Booking.com email that we never stayed at the hotel, they would not issue a refund… Their communication has been contradictory and unclear, and despite Booking.com’ s efforts to assist, we are still waiting for the refund more than two months after our stay.
