+: Great amenities, great location, not too far from the centre and the beach.

-: Sometimes the traffic got a little noisy yet nothing unbearable as most of the time we were out. Don't let this put you off how great the location is.

+: L’emplacement parfait pour aller dans le centreLa superficie de l’appartement, on s’y sent bien.La gentillesse et la disponibilité d’Emmanuel qui habite à côté et répond toujours avec le sourire.L’accès à la piscine (pour nous le Kriti Hôtel à 10min: super qualitatif)Facile de se garer.Un petit supermarché juste en face.

-: Pas grand-chose si ce n’est le bruit (de la rue, difficile de rester la fenêtre ouverte, et l’insonorisation est celle des vieux immeubles)

+: Il punto era ottimale perché ti permetteva di raggiungere tutti i luoghi con pochi minuti di camminata. Emmanuel persona gentilissima e cortese. Il vero punto di forza della struttura.

-: La casa è situata in uno stabile che presentava un cattivo odore nel portone. Anche sul pianerottolo vi era un forte odore sgradevole. Ovviamente questo non è imputabile al gestore, però è un peccato perché condiziona tanto l’alloggio.

+: Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, dodatkowo ma balkon. Lokalizacja blisko centrum oraz przystanków autobusowych. Emmanuel to wspaniały host, który rozwiązywał każde nasze problemy. Gdy okazało się ze basen obok ma awarie, przedstawił nam inna opcje. Gdy moja przyjaciółka zostawiła sukienkę w apartamencie Emmanuel pomógł nam dostarczyć ją do innego miasta. Zdecydowanie jest to osoba, która swoim dobrem oraz gościnnością przyciąga do siebie ludzi! Wszystkiego dobrego Emmanuel, dziękujemy za super pobyt i mam nadzieje do zobaczenia :)

+: Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Our host who lived next door was friendly and communicated well without being intrusive. When there was an issue with the pool access (which is at the hotel across the street), he reacted quickly, found a good solution and provided a nice compensation. We’re a family of four (kids aged 8 & 5) and can recommend this place.

+: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Chania, Emmanuel nous a accueilli et donne de supers adresses et conseils, il était très disponible. L’appartement est propre est spacieux, très bien équipé. Un super marché et des restaurants à proximité.

-: Une bonne marche pour atteindre le centre ville, mais qui reste agréable

+: Supermarkt, bakker, zwembad direct naast de deur. Rolluiken, ruimte, waslijn, balkon, lift, badjas, slippers, fruit bij binnenkomst, goed contact eigenaar. Zee en stad goed te lopen.

-: WiFi werkte niet in begin, parkeren soms stressvol vooral op maandag, niet super schoon, niet helemaal onze stijl qua inrichting.

+: This was the best stay ever - we have been lucky enough to travel all over the world and Emmanuel and this property is a stand out for being exceptional. After a long stressful travel day we arrived late at 11pm to a smiling host , water and fruit in the fridge - we knew it would be a great stay. The location is amazing. The pool across the road perfect and the apartment has everything you would ever want. We were sad we couldn’t stay on longer. The host was even kind enough to left us store our luggage as we had a late flight out. I would recommend this property to anyone and we hope to be back in the future
