+: Bon accueil sympathique, le ménage est fait tous les deux jours. Appartement fonctionnel avec une superbe vue sur la mer !Nous recommandons également cet appartement pour la localisation !

+: The host and the cleaning stuff were great. I like the location. It's much better than to stay in the centre of Kalyves. The great supermarket Synka is really close as well as the cafes and restaurants. I like the option the cleaning 🧹 was done once in two days and the rubbish bags were taken everyday.The view, me and my husband could enjoy the sea view and greet the sun every day (highly recommend ❤️) it's exactly like on the photos.

-: The road next to apartments. But it's "a problem" most of all tourists villages and cities:( Thanks to the owner, we had an air conditioner in the room, so we closed the windows and sleep silently all night. So the road isn't a problem of the apartments, but it's a kind of inconvenience. The beach which is suitable for swimming (without rocks) isn't situated in 50 m:) the nearest one is 5-7 minutes walk, is situated opposite to the supermarket. It was a bit disappointed, because due to the description of the apartments and Google maps it looked like i could cross the road and swam in the sea, but the reality was a bit different:( The internet was poor. Isn't suitable for those who are working remotely:) even the mobile internet worked badly. The rooms look more spacious on the photo than in reality.

+: Strandnähe und ruhige Lage des Apartments. Maria ist stets freundlich und die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Es gab wenige Parkflächen die man nutzen konnte, alternativ konnte das Auto direkt vor dem Apartment an der Straßenseite geparkt werden. Die Küchenausstattung war sauber und der Schwamm und das Wischtuch wurden vor unserer Anreise getauscht.

-: Die Klimaanlage hat lediglich das Schlafzimmer gekühlt und hatte unseres Erachtens nicht mehr die beste Kühlleistung. Tagsüber mussten die Rollläden runter gemacht werden um die Wärme draußen zu halten, leider hatte das Fenster in der KücheWohnzimmer keinen Rollladen. WLAN ist vorhanden, war aber von unserem Apartment aus nicht erreichbar nutzbar (Verbindung ständig abgebrochen)

+: 東向きの海に面したバルコニーでリラックスが出来、夕方部屋に戻っても西日が当たらないので涼しく過ごせました。滞在した部屋が建物の一番端で、すぐ横に人が絶えないカフェレストラン有り。音楽が夜遅くまでかかっていたので少し心配でしたが、窓を閉めてエアコンをかければ静かで全く問題無しでした。バスルームはリフォームされてそんなに経っていない印象、シャワールームはカーテン仕切りでは無くガラスのボックス式。水圧も十分あり混合栓で非常に便利でした。帰りのフライトが夜遅くだった為、チェックアウト後ももう一度ビーチに行く事にしましたが、その間スーツケースを預かって頂き、(結局波が高くて海水浴はせずに早めに切り上げた)既に部屋掃除中だったにも関わらず、部屋で着替えをさせて下さり助かりました。駐車場は建物の両端に数台分ずつですが、埋まっていても前の路上駐車で問題ありませんでした。

-: Wi-Fiが弱かったのが唯一の難点です。

+: Le foto sul sito non rendono, la struttura è molto meglio dal vivo, ha piacevolmente superato le nostre aspettative. Ottima posizione sul mare, personale super gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

+: La camera è eccezionale, dotata di ogni comfort e la vista sul mare è impagabile. Maria è stata gentilissima su tutto, non faccio altro che ringraziare sia lei sia il suo staff per avermi aiutata. Se potessi dare oltre le 5 stelle lo farei volentieri.

+: the weather was a extremely hot the air com was not working we reported it and they did come and look at it but still didn't work. very basic kitchen no microwave or toaster only one wine glass. it was very clean !
