+: This is an amazing hotel. Modern, plenty to do and beautiful views.

-: Location not the best, but plenty of taxis

+: Property was very clean, rooms were big, bed was very comfortable. Pillows were a little too soft for my comfort, had to use 3 to get a reasonable height. Service was very good, buffet breakfast was nice although I’ve experienced better. Would recommend.

-: Location is on a main road with some strip clubs around. A lot of graffiti. Is not very central, would need to take a bus into the main part of town.

+: The pool is super nice, it has an unobstructed view of the Acropolis. Breakfast has plenty of options. Irene at the restaurant was very committed to provide great service.

-: It’s a bit far out from the center. You need to take transportation to get there. The staff at reception seemed too busy for any interaction. We requested an extra pillow that never arrived. The room was done when we checked in, however outside the door we had the leftovers dishes and food from the previous guest that ordered room service, those dishes stay there since we arrived at around 4pm until next day. The balcony didn’t have furniture. Elevators are a huge issue because they are a new model without the option to punch in your floor when you get in, everything is done through an screen outside of the waiting area and people just get tired of waiting and waiting and then they keep redirecting the elevator in a cycle that never ends.

+: Food and drink areas, especially the rooftop bar. The desk staff were very helpful.

+: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. The transferexcursion service was moderately priced and offered a selection of activities.

-: The lift system is terrible. Allocation of lift before you get in seemed so archaic and slow. You always seem to find yourself in a lift traffic jam, no matter what time of the day.

+: pool area was incredible
