+: Lovely size villa, super location. Great value for money. Fantastic views from upper bedrooms. Clean pool, all very private and peaceful.

-: Unfortunately the villa was cold when we arrived and the hot water hadn't been turned on. Beds and chairs abit hard for older people, fine for youngsters.

+: The only thing this run down property had going for it was the sea view

-: Apon arrival the outside lights didn't work, it was late and I didn't pay attention to it.Next morning there was no hot water, they sent an electrician ( that's what he claimed to be at least) he came up with a story about a loose connection in the consumer unit and left.Later that day it rained a little and some of the power went off inside both parts of the villa, when I investigated (I work for a power supplier fitting high voltage equipment to live supplies) I found the point of isolation and tried to reestablish power. This caused a flash over( google electric flash over) in a consumer unit fitted outside the property. The unit fitted was an internal consumer unit that had had silicone plastered all over it as it is not ment to be installed outside as it is not water tight and is a fundamental breach of European safety regulations to have been installed where it was. So I arrived on Thursday and was in a different villa on sunday, 3 nights of a 23-night booking.There were other issues:Broken fridge and freezer draws, so badly damaged they risked injury when opening them.Ants all over the kitchen regardless of cleaning.The pool was filthy, it had algae scum lines all around its sides and the water looked like it would infect you with some water born parasite. The outside sink was so blocked that it was a mosquito hatchery.The dishwashers, one was broken in the upstairs apartment and the other had been replaced with a micro dishwasher, maybe for 2 people it would do, we were 11 people.If you got this far, please don't book this villa, it was a horrid experience and I hope others aren't having to go through what my family had to

-: Utilities. We had problems with hot water, the owner and technicians did not make the effort to fix it.

-: Nicht gereinigt:Bettlaken schmutzigUngeziefer am am BodenRund ums Haus ZigarettenkippenGeschirr nicht abgespült in den SchränkenDefekte Geräte:Waschmaschine defektSpülmaschine ohne Bedienpanel, (offene Kabel, extrem gefährlich)Die Hälfte des Aufenthalts kein warmes Wasser.nach wiederholter zunächst erfolgloser „Reparatur“ kein Strom mehr im Obergeschoss.Hauptsicherung fliegt im Stundentakt.Schrauben, Elektrokabel und Lösungsmittel der Poolreinigung liegen offen auf dem Gelände.verletzungsgefährliche Schrauben die am Pool überstehen. Nach Beschwerde freundliche Kommunkation mit Kontaktperson Donna, allerdings trotzdem absolut inakzeptabler Zustand der Villa. Der Monteur oder Poolboy setzt sich zwischendurch auf unsere Terrasse an unseren Tisch, raucht eine Zigarette (wir sind alle nichtraucher mit kleinen Kindern) und wirft die Zigarette auf den Fliesenboden der Vetanda. sehr schade, die Lage und die Villa ist sehr schön, der Besitzer bzw. die zuständige Agentur Rhodos Holidays absolut unfähig. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde uns bei der nächsten Buchung 10% Rabatt angeboten. Schade! Ich habe alles versucht mit den Verantwortlichen in Kontakt zu kommen. Keine Reaktion! Glücklicherweise haben wir alles mit Video und Fotos dokumentiert und werden jetzt wohl einem Rechtstreit starten müssen. Schade! Fehler passieren. Entscheidend ist aber nun der Umgang damit.wir hatten leider einiges unserer wertvollen Urlaubszeit damit verbringen müssen uns zu ärgern bzw. den „Handwerker“ zu beaufsichtigen.Ich hoffe dass diese Rezession anderen hilft.
