+: The villa was super and facilities great. We loved Haraki and the villa & pool.

-: Parking a bit dodgy

+: Super clean, spacious, beautiful. The host thought about every single detail. Such as washing machine, iron and dishwasher. Each area had separate air conditioner and TV. And big wardrobe in master bedroom. On arrival day the fridge was full of refreshing drinks for kids and adults. Host suggest what to see in Rhodas, which beaches to visit. Definitely recommended to stay in this apartment!!!

+: Could not have asked for more. Absolutely fantastic. The pool was an added bonus. Cracking views of the sea and the mountains. Oh. And Maria is a Greek Angel! She was so helpful. Loved the place!

-: Little bit of a steep drive way! The exercise did me good!!!

+: La posizione effettivamente è eccezionale, vicina a buona parte delle attrazioni del sud delľisola.Appartamenti carini e con quasi tutto quello che può servire, benché non trattati benissimo da ospiti precedenti.

-: Soggiorno parzialmente rovinato da un'altra famiglia presente in uno degli appartamenti: molto invadente e che ha sporcato in maniera indecente le parti in comune (prato, piscina, lettini). In tutto questo lo staff si è visto solo il giorno delľarrivo in più di una settimana. Da sottolineare il checkin è stato possibile solo parecchie ore dopo il previsto (malgrado svariate conferme) sia per noi che per una coppia arrivata la settimana precedente. Da precisare anche che con "staff" alla fine intendo solo la signora delle pulizie, la quale si è fatta carico di tutte le incombenze; il proprietario (o comunque quello con cui si comunica in seguito alla riservazione) non si è mai presentato, neanche in seguito al disguido del primo giorno.

+: The location was perfect! Three minutes from the ocean.

-: Check.in was supposed to be from 3pm. We communicated prior that we would be arriving at 5:30 pm . On arrival, Maria was very apologetic. The villa was not ready and would be 40 mins .She stated french family previously had broken a window and she needed to repair it.We.walked into Hataki and we were 2 hrs as we did not want .to stress her as she was very agitated.We arrived back at 7:30 pm. Villa still wasn't ready. At 9:30, our granddaughter , son in law and daughter were arriving. We stated dont worry about the villa cleaniless I will sort, but they have been on a long flight, and they will need to get the baby to sleep. 9:45, she leftFirst night air-conditioning didn't work, so husband had to sleep on the balcony - not a problem - we reported to Maria to get it fixed.The next day, she was hovering around all day, saying turn ac off, making sure the washing machine was switched.off. Turn the cooker off at the circuit board,, it was intense. We had.no hot water for 3 days because we did not know we had to turn this on, fyi its at upstairs circuit board. We didnt want to ask Maria as we.would.not get rid.of her.She stayed in the adjoining vila as she owns both villas.On another night at 10pm after being in our villa 6hrs. Maria came knocking on the door say we had broken the door. Which we refuted, she then retracted.and said no you have not broken the door you are a nice family, but Initally this was the accusation Basicall she wants her general repairs.paid for by her tourists. Beware as plaster is coming off lower bedroom wall and theres a massive crack in the lower shower room.The biggest insult was: by the front door there is a shoe cupboard, we did not use it as we could see it was flimsy and unsafe.(basically 3 individul shoe cupboards stacked on top.of.one another , not.screwed together or.anchored to the wall.The day before.leaving,the shoe cupboard fell on top of the grandchild. Luckily she was unharmed. When.we.checked.out.

+: The owner of the apartment received us in a pleasant manner, everything was ready for us and very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and very comfortable, the owner of the place honored him with cookies and a bottle of white wine, the pool was clean and amazing, the garden and the lawn were very well taken care of and everything was very, very clean and tidy, simply a pleasant positive experience Well done for the amazing hospitality, I highly recommend it to those who choose to rent an apartment,
