+: Fantastic place, a proper dream! Staff super friendly and helpful, stunning view, big breakfast included. They can help you celebrate special occasions with cake bottles upon request. Situated 10 mins walk from the centre but not in the annoying crowd of Santorini - has very delicious restaurants kebab ice cream places literally 1 min waking. Couldn’t ask for more !!!

+: Emplacement excellent. Vue extraordinaire.Juste collé à Fira mais plus calme.

-: À l’arrivée, on nous installe chambre n"1 au-dessus de la réception : c’est un four, avec une climatisation très insuffisante, et un ventilateur rajouté bien évidemment totalement inefficace pour refroidir mais très efficace pour faire du bruit. De plus pas de volet donc la chaleur pénètre sans difficulté par les fenêtre. Manifestement ce problème était connu... Chambre à éviter surtout en juillet-août. Heureusement ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre (nous avons été surclassé).Le personnel est adorable et au petits soins.Le petit-déjeuner est correct, surtout devant une vue grandiose et unique. On ne s’en lasse pas.

+: We had such a wonderful stay! The room has a great size with a great bathroom too. The best part of the stay was the amazing staff and the view . Receptionists and the rest people there were kind and helpful. We had breakfast delivered in our room- superb. A great value for money choice in general. We will definitely stay at Chic again.

+: Very nice ambience of the hotel. All staff is friendly and helpful, ready to fulfill all the wishes. The rooms are well maintained and clean all the time. The location is excellent , in the superb picturesque whitewashed village of firistefani. It was dreamy

+: The most unbelievable hotel. The view is incredible, the suite 1st class , the pool is fabulous and the staff was happy to help with anything we needed. We ‘ll stay there again!!
