+: Villa magnifique et bien située si l'on recherche de la tranquillité. Maria a été géniale, accueillante et très professionnelle toujours avec le sourire.Nous sommes partis à 11 et le recommandons vivement!

-: Localisation un peu éloignée des activités ou commodités mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça.

+: I found the view special, the villa location gives you the opportunity to visit the main cities, the swimming pool gives the family a nice atmosphere

-: Neighboring buildings are inconsistent with the villa's shape. Not having a secure parking place is a point.

+: Sehr saubere Unterkunft. Maria war sehr freundlich gewesen und hat bereits auf uns bei der Ankunft gewartet. Maria hat uns ebenfalls mit Ausflugszielen versorgt. Jeden 3. Tag kamen die fleißigen Bienchen zum reinigen. Der Pool war auch sehr schön gewesen. Zusammengefasst ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

-: Ganzkörperspiegel in den Schlafzimmern wären ganz gut gewesen.

+: Erittäin kaunis, valoisa, viihtyisä, moderni ja hyvin varusteltu huvila. Oma riittävän iso uima-allas ja laatoitettu terassialue pihakalusteineen ja aurinkotuoleineen. Luonnonläheinen paikka, josta avautuu kauniit maisemat sekä merelle että vuoristoon. Yhteyshenkilönä Maria oli todella ystävällinen ja otti kaikki vierailuumme liittyvät asiat heti hoitaakseen. Hän myös suositteli meille ruokailupaikkoja ja vierailukohteita, joista pidimme. Kaiken kaikkiaan vierailu todella ylitti odotuksemme positiivisesti.

+: Wir wurden von Maria an der Villa empfangen. Sie zeigte uns das ganze Haus, erklärte uns Details zum Reinigungsdienst und z.B. den Pool. Sie war sehr freundilich und hilfsbereit.

-: Die Bauruine neben der Villa könnte etwas Schöner sein. Hierfür kann allerdings der Vermieter und auch Booking.com nichts.

+: The villa was clean, had good kitchen facilities and had a great view looking over farmland towards the sea. It also had a great sunset in the evening.

-: The location isn’t where it says it is. The map on booking.com states that it is 300 metres from the kavros main strip - it isn’t, it’s a 20 minute walk up hill down a dirt road without a pavement. This was a particular concern for us given we were travelling with a 70 year old who has mobility issues and a 2 year old. We messaged the host to ask her about why the location didn’t match the booking and she simply just sent us a taxi service with no explanation. In fairness the taxi service was great, but it was an additional expense every single day that we didn’t account for. Secondly when we arrived they had forgotten to provide a cot despite us specifically requesting so on the booking. Whilst there is a lovely view of the sea in one direction, there is unfortunately a deralict garage right next door with building works going on throughout the day. Lastly, on our check out day we had asked for an extended check out (check out is at 11) as our taxi to the airport was at 2.30 from the villa. We asked the host for a later checkout and she had told us that this wasn’t possible. This was despite there not being another booking that day. We assumed that maybe she declined our request because there would be cleaners arriving, but this wasn’t the case either. My dad stood outside the villa for 3 hours with our cases (to save us dragging them into the main town and back for a short period). Nobody arrived at the villa, so despite the fact that the villa wasn’t in use for those 3 hours, the host still wouldn’t let us extend our stay. We thought our request was reasonable given that (a) there were no other bookings, (b) the cot was not there on the first night and (c) the location didn’t match our booking. Our request was declined.

+: Location: sea view is great, close to the shops and restaurants. The house: spacious, light, convenient.
