+: The location and view from the apartment is amazing. It’s within walking distance form the harbour and the old city. There are numerous restaurants close to the apartment. The customer service is super helpful, they organized us transfer from and to the airport and car rental - car was waiting outside the apartment and we also left it on the street near the apartment.

-: The shower in the bigger bathroom was leaking.

-: En un principio no queda muy claro como activar la calefaccion, y el tema del agua caliente. Las duchas son un poco complejas de ocupar.

+: Vše bylo naprosto perfektní. Čisté ubytování, dobré vybavení. Skvělá lokalita. Hned u pláže. Do centra Chanii 10’ pěšky.

+: Directly opposite the beach, with beautiful beach views. Walking distance to the Old town. Very spacious apartment.

+: Good located, literally a few steps away from water. Very clean apartment. Very friendly staff. Good restaurants around (the one under the apartment was excellent and not too expensive).

-: 1. We had apparently bad luck and could not use the kitchen. So, paid to have own kitchen, but had none :( sent videos to hotel in case we just missed to push some botton, no solution was found. However, the owners offered to send someone, we did not manage to wait for the person, as we were a lot on tour. As we stayed only 2 days, it was not tragical. 2. The description on booking.com was missing (or did we oversee?) that there are constructions on the road in front of the apartment. Although parking available thru the owner, we preferred not to drive on the bumpy street. Remember to ask if the road is fixed, especially if you have a bigger vehicle! Otherwise you can park on the main street and walk a few blocks down to the apartment. 3. We used the jacuzzi on the balcony and could not turn it off, I assume this can be fixed quickly.

+: Die Wohnung lag im ersten Stock, von der Tiefgarage aus per Aufzug erreichbar. Die Beschreibung in Booking stimmte mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Die Lage ist optimal, Chania Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand ist unmittelbar vor der Wohnung, sehr schöne Aussicht von dem Balkon. Der Balkon ist mit einer schönen bequemen Sitzgruppe ausgestattet. Wer möchte, kann jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus verfolgen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die Straße zwischen Wohnung und Strand ist nur mäßig befahren, es gibt viele Restaurants. Für Fischliebhaber sind das Achilleas und Kaiki zu empfehlen. Die Restaurants in Chania Zentrum haben uns hingegen nicht überzeugt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleine Supermärkte) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders schön ist der samstägliche Bauermarkt in Chania Minoos-Straße.

-: Die Duschen sollten den Gästen erklärt werden, dann sind sie super. Wir empfehlen allen Gästen, dies bei Ankuft zu erfragen.

+: Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotelpersonal funktionierte zuverlässig und schnell per WhatsApp. Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen Jaccuzi (der immerhin teilweise funktionierte). Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer.

-: Es gibt keine Spülmaschine!!! Fast das gesamte Geschirr war bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig. Das Wasser im Jaccuzi konnte nicht von uns gewechselt werden. Dafür musste jedesmal jemand kommen. Wir hatten über den gesamten Zeitraum kein Internet (und damit funktionierte auch das Entertainment-Programm des Fernsehers nicht). Der Rolladen im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht ganz hochziehen. Die Klimaanlage wie Schlafzimmer war nachts laut.
