-: J ai trouvé la piscine privée un peu petite et la promiscuité avec les voisins

+: We spent our honeymoon in the hotel. The staff was really kind and we received an upgraded room once they got to know this fact. The food, the room, the view was amazing. We want to go back in the near future.

-: Jerapetra is not the nicest city in Crete, but the hotel was really good.

+: Staff beyond expectations, super friendly and helpful. Amazing variety of food (we took the half board service). Great facilities and location. The reception at the hotel during check-in was the best we ever had. They welcomed us with a glass of a very good champagne and orange juice for the kids. And since we arrived super late, they spoiled us by leaving in our room sandwiches, fruits and a bottle of champagne after the long trip. They left a great impression!

-: I was expecting a better wellness area and a bit of structure for small kids, but I guess this is not the resort intention. Else, we don't have any complaints.

+: Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο , μπροστά στη θάλασσα με υπέροχο πρωινό και βραδινό . Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικότατο και ευγενέστατο και η τοποθεσια του καταλύματος ησυχη και καθόλου μακριά από το κέντρο της Ιεραπετρας. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε
