+: Beautiful pool and out side area. The hotel is really nice. The staff are very kindly. I went with family in May and the kids loved there. But I heard that during the summer it is too crowded.
-: The beds aren’t not so comfort. Water flavour like sea water. After 3 days all inclusive we were feeling fed up about the meals.

+: Absolutely speechless. What an absolutely amazing holiday and stunning hotel. We were really looking forward to getting away for my birthday and Gardelli Resort was incredible.The best part of this hotel hands down were the staff. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. From the lovely receptionist organising a birthday cake to be made, to the lovely barman and waitress who looked after us and two very special people in particular. Kostas and Stelios were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and made us laugh from the second Kostas picked us up for our transfer to the second he hugged us goodbye (and called me to say I left my shoes 🤣). They are both absolute assets to Gardelli resort and true friends for life. We hope to visit you guys again soon 🫶🏼 thank you so much for the best week ever.

-: Hiermit eine offizielle WARNUNG für alle, die vorhaben, ihren Zakynthos-Urlaub in Laganas zu buchen!! Dieser Ort ist (um die Einheimischen zu zitieren) ein „Shithole“. Überall liegt Müll, Kinder betteln um Geld, sterbende Katzen vegetieren auf kotbefleckten, staubigen Plätzen vor sich hin, saufende und grölende Touristen komplettieren den Anblick.Auch das Hotel war ein Reinfall: Als wir ankamen, wurde uns erstmal bewusst, dass das All-Inclusive-Paket keinerlei Markenprodukte und nur gepanschte Getränke enthält. Für bspw. Coca Cola zahlt man 4€ drauf. Ansonsten bekommt man mit Pulver oder Sirup angerührten Saft, lieblos zusammengewürfelte Cocktails oder eben eine Cola in Plastikbechern, die man hierzulande von der Aldi-Eigenmarke bekommt. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr klein (Waschbecken mit im Schlafbereich, auf Toilette konnte man wegen der Enge nur seitwärts sitzen), der Abfluss roch den gesamten Aufenthalt über nach einer Mischung aus Gulli und Urin. Unser Balkonausblick richtete sich auf mehrere Müllcontainer sowie ein verlassenes Hotel, bei dem die Fensterläden schon schief hingen. Die Duschbrause war sehr verdreckt und es fehlten Teile der Armatur. Es war außerdem so hellhörig, dass wir teilweise nachts von betrunkenen Hotelgästen, die auf dem Flur gingen, geweckt wurden. Zum „All-Inclusive“-Paket gehört Lunch am Pool. Dort befindet sich eine kleine Küche, in der geschmackloses Fast Food angeboten wird. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist eine Katastrophe! Das hat NICHTS mit griechisch-authentischer Küche zu tun! Jedes Essen, das wir probiert haben, war ungenießbar. Somit entschlossen wir uns, ab dem 1. Frühstück nur noch auswärts zu essen. Der Rest der Insel ist wunderschön! Zum Glück konnten wir dank eines Mietwagens jeden Morgen Laganas entfliehen und uns den schönen Seiten widmen.

+: Very clean hotel, furniture very clean reception area lobby was very bright & refreshing. Rooms were cleaned everyday, pool area & staff very clean.Staff very helpful, I suffer with really bad hay fever allergies they were able to help to ensure that I enjoyed the rest of my holidaysI had dietary requirements they were able to highlight these requirements to the chef, in order to meet my needs.
