+: This is an amazing villa with its own unique style! Fantastically equipped, we didn't lack anything and even had equipment we don't have at home. Two very spacious ,separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a big bathroom with a big, modern shower cabin, washing machine with all necessary washing powder and softener. Three air-conditioned units, a very stylish living room area with a TV where you could use youtube and Netflix, a fast and reliable wifi… and the sunsets on the roof terrace :) We could also use two parasols and sun loungers on the almost private beach, which we liked a lot since it was only for our exclusive use! And a great location - everything is close on foot - a 10 minute walking distance to a grocery shop, a bakery and many local restaurants and at the same time next to the beach! Plus a lovely swimming pool and a BBQ.

-: Too bad we stayed only for three nights. We had spent 5 days on beautiful Kastelorizo before we came to this villa but if we had known what a perfect time we would have here, we would have planned it differently.

+: Unique house full of character with stunning views to the sea from the top terrace My wife(who is half Greek half British) and I enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this remarkable property. We came for some sun and peace by the pool and had a wonderful stay before we leave to go back to UK again. The location was fantastic, right in front of an almost private beach and the nearby village Gennadi is only a 2 minute drive away or a 10 minute walk and offers some very good local eateries, a supermarket, a bakery and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The villa itself is far more beautiful and spacious than the photos portray and had every convenience. It was very private, clean and well cared for, as you would expect from a quality rental, but it was more than that: it still felt like someone’s home and was cared for as such. We particularly enjoyed the barbeque by the pool for our evening meals, the front veranda for breakfast and the roof gazebo for a drink under the stars at night. The owner Katerina was off island on our arrival, but she made sure we were met and shown around the house and immediately had a helpful response to any questions. We loved staying in the south of Rhodes: it is so quiet and peaceful that you can be quite emotional. So would we return to this part of Greece? Yes! And would we come back to Gennadi Serenity House?
