+: We met Despoina who gave us a review of the apartment and keys. The location is awesome. The gathering spaces were perfect in the apartment & on the large balcony. Parking is included. We felt like we were in the middle of it all and yet, safe and relaxed.

-: We alerted our host regarding an issue with the bathroom shower.

+: My family and I (4 people total) visited in late April for 5 nights. The cleanliness and design of the apartment was amazing, it had the same feeling as a 5-star hotel. The location was perfect for food, shopping, and anything else we needed. Stefanos and Despoina were so warm, welcoming, and very responsive to any questions and requests we had. Overall, we had an amazing vacation here and highly recommend to anyone else considering visiting Chania!

+: Apartment in fantastic location. Bus station taxis and supermarkets all close by .Also bars restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Apartment tastefully decorated and spotless and host Stefanos considerate and helpful .

-: There were quite a few stairs leading up to apartment.

+: The terrace was exceptional and quiet. Communication with Stefanos was as good as expected and he was always available and very helpful. All facilities in the apartment were as good as we were hoping for.

-: Nothing. We enjoyed everything.

+: The apartment was in excellent condition, and you could tell it was recently remodeled. The ceilings are high, and porch was a great plus. The location was where you want to be in Chania, just a very short walk and you are in the middle all the walkable only areas of the City, but you can take a care to the front door. The other plus is the owner has a reserved parking spot for occupants about 400 meters up the street; an easy walk. There was an incident because of heavy rain, and the owner worked quickly to resolve; we don't blame them for it and appreciated how quickly they were on the repair. We enjoyed this more than I expected.

-: The were two things we did not like: 1) we were told we could not use the washing machine. We were there for 5 days, and knew our next stop did not have one, so we had to get clothes washed elsewhere. This was an unexpected inconvenience because Booking.com lists it as having a washing machine. 2) The dishwasher has a label on it not to use. This was inconvenient, but did not bother us as much as the washing machine. Overall, we were still happy with the appartment.

+: We loved everything about this property! The location was perfect. The decor was beautiful and done in good taste. It has a huge garden patio that we enjoyed very much. The owner was so attentive to all our needs. We had a few obstacles on our journey before going to Chania, Stefano the owner was so caring and very helpful with all our needs. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe and wonderful stay! Thank you Stefano, we felt like we had a guardian angel watching over us. Highly recommend this amazing property.

+: Grande Casa is a beautifully furnished apartment that was extremely comfortable. It has a wonderful terrace and although perfectly located close to the centre it is very quiet.

+: We just had the best experience staying at Grande Casa. Exceptional flat that is beautifully decorated with a terrace with a view for enjoying the evenings. It has modern amenities with AC in every room of the flat which is uncommon. Location is perfect distance to the Harbor and still quiet from the noise of the street. Having spent 3 weeks travelling across in Greece, it was by far the best accommodations we stayed in. Stefanos had great recommendations for things to do, places to eat. By far the best part of the experience was Stefanos and his team who went above and beyond during our stay and after we checked out of the flat. We had a day of travel chaos and I don’t know where we would be without Stefanos. We left something valuable in the flat after checking out, and they arranged for someone to let us in immediately with a few minutes notice. Stefanos and his co-host Desponia checked back and made sure we got everything. Then we left a bag at the airport and Stefanos can e to our rescue and arranged a courier to retrieve it. I’ve never met such a hospitable, helpful owner who treats his guests more like friends. He is just amazing! I will be back to Chania and will only stay here. Best place ever!

+: The host was very responsive to any questions and kept in touch frequently to be able to meet us on time, and laid out welcome snacks and a brochure with excellent suggestions for places to eat. The Grande Casa apartment was incredibly spacious and with two full bathrooms, a large patio, and fully stocked kitchen. Loved the airylight decor - everything was comfortable. The location is also very convenient - on a main strip close to groceries and fast food but also just 5 mins walk down to the harbour in the old town! Definitely recommend this apartment!

-: Nothing really. Would have been nice to have an extra key but this is minor.
