+: The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern and very well equipped! The location was perfect, close to shops, tavern's and the beach.Our hosts Maria and Andreos were very welcoming and Maria very kindly made a cake for us!

-: Only suggestion would be 2 comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony.There was only 1.

+: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Gras House in Agia Pelagia. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit durchdachten Details für maximalen Komfort sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wärme, Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit von Maria und Andreas, unseren großartigen Gastgebern, machten unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich.Wir haben es auch sehr gefreut über die kurzen Wege zur Bucht und den schönen Tavernen im schönen Ort , insbesondere im Cochili und O Nicolas , zu essen.Gerne  empfehlen wir dieses schöne Apartment uneingeschränkt weiter und hoffen sehr bald wieder zu kommen.

+: דירה גדולה במצב חדש,מאובזרת בכל מה שתרצו.2 מרפסות ענקיות ,הכל מבריק ויפה.2 דקות הליכה מהחוף ,ברים מסעדות ומה לא .סופר מרקט במרחק דקה הליכה.אבל הכי חשוב המארחים מריה ואנדראס.אנשים חמים וטובים שממש משתדלים כל הזמן לעשות את החופשה מושלמת.בקיצור אני ממש ממליץ .אני אחזור שוב .

+: The accommodation is 2 minutes away from the beach. It’s the perfect location. Very quite. The apartment is big, very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Maria baked a lemon cake for us, which my kids loved. It was all perfect!

+: We had a warm and pleasant stay at Gras Houses during our time in Crete. The kids loved it. We feel really lucky that we got to find such a beautiful place. The hosts were amazing and had a lot of kindness. The house was very big, with a nice view in the backyard and a balcony where you can eat your breakfast. The beach is near, 3 minutes by foot.We can only recommend to everyone this place, we are definently in love with it.

+: Maria and Andreas are the best hosts ever. They are really kind and thoughtful. Maria even baked us a cake at the arrival, they gave our son some toys to play with. They are really excellent. The flat is very spacious and well-equipped. It is in 5 min walking distance from the beach but far enough not hear the noise of the restaurants, etc. Shops are also nearby. The beach is quite shallow, so was perfect for our son, who is 1,5 years old.

-: The upstair neighbours were a bit loud on our last night.

+: Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr nett empfangen und betreut. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind einfach nur toll. Die Lage zu den einzelnen Stränden ist super. Uns hat es im Gras House sehr gut gefallen.

+: I’m 58 mum is 84The rooms are all very clean and bright and airy. Big balconies back and front.Maria and Andreas were lovely and very helpful.Kitchen fully fitted with stone tops and very well equipped. I fit kitchens for a living. It’s great. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Very spacious. Easily big enough for couple and 2 kids.

-: Shower head needs a riser rail to adjust the height. I pointed this out to Maria who agreed it would be a big improvement and appreciated the feedback. I would imagine that it will be done very soon.

+: everything was excellent! very convenient. The house was very clean.
