+: The beach in front of the hotel is nice, the 24H staff available, the helpful staff who try to fix the issues with the room, the cleaning staff who are doing a great job trying to make the hotel look younger than what it is. Basically I liked the staff. The 39 square meters of the room.
-: Basically i didn't like my room, and the hotel road location that is 6 min away from the beach that was sold to me for a beach hotel... Some flats with the sea view (like the one I had to stay in for the 2 first nights) have a strong vis-a-vis with the exitentrance of the lift (we are talking of about 4 meters! See picture that is making lift looked farther away than it is in reality. The vis-a-vis is looking all over your balcony and beyond! i.e. into the bedroombed, and in the living room too. This situation is forcing you to close the curtains (if you are not exhibitionist). I thought I was booking a room by the beach with the sea view, in fact i got a room 5-6 minutes walk away from the beach (depending on an old lift availability). I was in a building facing the main road, which depending on the wind can be heard till late in the night. I felt I was staying in a road hotel. In other word I booked a road hotel room and not a beach hotel room as I thought. In addition the state of the overall room facilities didn t meet my expectations: The lighting of the room was super uncomfortable, furniture of the kitchen and bathroom were old (some are fixed like the sink see picture), The bathroom is old and moldy (see picture), sofa bed was super bulky and uncomfortable. I honestly extremely annoyed with the value for money (240€night), there are plenty of better options around this hotel. in Value for money I wouldn't t put no more than 5 (because of the 39 m2). I put 6 overall, as my room was changed after 2 days in the darkness, into a normal bedroom, I meant by that : without a vis-as-vis but with the same old issue than the first one (lightening, old furniture, old bathroom, road hotel5-6min form the beach...)
