-: The cleaning staff is stealing from your items. A lot of our friends had their stuff stolen by the cleaning staff. We read the reviews about it and we thought it couldn't happen to us, but it did.

+: Not a lot

-: Pictures didn’t reflect the real state of the apartment ( false advertising ) and to far from main hotel .The balcony table was very unstable .The bathroom was untidy on arrival When I emailed hotel before our stay asking if a hairdryer was provided in room their was on reply The hairdryer that was provided was not suitable for use .It needs to be replaced.

+: The location was really good, in walking distance to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, Laganas beach, and the Laganas strip. The room was big enough for 2 people and with big balcony also. Newer kitchen available. The bed was comfortable and big (2 single beds put together).

-: The room was not cleaned properly when we got it, especially the bathroom where there was dirt on the floor and walls, also in the shower cabin, with built up grime that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Some of the tiles in the bathroom were almost falling off. The balcony floor was also dirty and not cleaned during our stay. The daily cleaning was making the bed, cleaning the bedroom floor, replacing towels that were put on the floor and new toilet paper. The hotel didn't offer hand soap, shower gel nor shampoo. The kitchen was not well equipped and the utilities there were dirty also. We got 2 glasses after talking to the reception. The balcony was missing both chairs and the table was broken - this was fixed after we talked to the reception. Although the towels were clean, some of them were visibly too old and used. There was trash laying around the yard and on the staircase. In my sister's room (on the same reservation), the AC was not working properly upon arrival. After talking to the reception someone came and cleaned the filters inside the shower cabin, leaving all the dust and dirt there. Their bathroom was also dirty. In both rooms the cleaning staff came in once even though the Do Not Disturb sign was put up. The reception is at Karras Hotel which is 3-4 minutes walk away from the place - you need to go there for check in and check out, restaurant, fitness center, and a better pool. No private parking allowed in the yard. There was no space for public parking in front of Karras Livin, we had to park on a dirt lot in front of Karras Hotel (3-4 minutes away) where there were no designated parking spots.

-: Arriviamo in struttura dove ci fanno cambiare in un bagno sporco e già li dovevo capire, quando poi ci danno le chiavi entriamo in questo appartamento piccolo con bagno sporco e materassi non coperti ( mi spiego niente coprimaterasso solo un misero lenzuolo troppo piccolo per coprire l intero materasso e che veniva via non appena ti muovevi un minimo facendo si che dormissi sul materasso che schifo!) secondo i servizi della struttura era presente ferro da stiro ( assente) erano presenti prodotti per la pulizia delle stoviglie (assenti!) e prodotti per igiene personale (assenti!!!!)Mi reco in reception per richiedere che il materasso del letto venga coperto correttamente e la receptionist mi dice "magari domani" scherziamooooo!?! Ho quindi richiesto un lenzuolo grande e dovuto arrangiarmi da sola , su per le scale per raggiungere il terzo piano inoltre troverete macchie , vomito , lattine , sigarette e spugne tutto a terra mai spostato in una settimana quindi le scale non vengono pulite !!! Al secondo giorno inizia a venire fuori una gran puzza da un buco di scarico presente in bagno e con la griglia sopra staccata (di li passava lo scolo del water orripilante) ci rendiamo conto che la doccia è intasata chiamo la reception dove mi dicono che manderanno un tecnico, ritorno la sera alle 20 per scoprire che nessun tecnico era arrivato e in camera c erà così tanta puzza di merda che non si respira vado in reception incazzata nera e la tipa mi manda in camera un babbo e tre bambini che fingono di fare qualcosa poi mi passano per telefono la receptionist che mi dice praticamente di uscire perché loro hanno da fare ...

-: Χαλασμένες (καμένες) πρίζες Το δωμάτιο ΔΕΝ ΗΤΑΝ αυτό που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Η δικαιολογία της επιχείρησης ήταν πως δεν ήταν κλεισμένο το δωμάτιο μέσω της σελίδας του ξενοδοχείου αλλά μέσω του booking.com Δεν υπήρχαν τα βασικά στο μπάνιο (πχ σαμπουάν δείγμα) Η τηλεόραση του δωματίου ΔΕΝ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΕ Τα 150€ την διανυκτέρευση όπως και τα 4 αστέρια του ξενοδοχείου δεν ανταποκρίνονται στις παροχές.

+: Καλή τοποθεσία , ευγενικό προσωπικό
