+: Abbiamo soggiornato dal 10 al 17 luglio. Posizione eccellente, le nostre camere si affacciavano sul mare. Il personale della struttura è stato sempre cordiale, disponibile direi quasi familiare (ci sentivamo come a casa). Essendo due famiglie ci hanno riservato due camere vicine, una di fronte all'altra con 2 balconcini affacciati sul mare. Ci hanno offerto aiuto nell'organizzare gite locali, ci hanno offerto prodotti, cibi e bevande. Tutto molto easy davvero relax totale. Camere pulite, semplici, un po' datate ma senza nessuna mancanza. Ogni giorno cambio asciugamani, aria condizionata, doccia e spiaggia con lettini e ombrellone gratuiti. Mare e spiaggia super. Molto attenti ai bisogni dei bambini, materassini e giochi da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti.

-: Segnaliamo solo per aiutare la struttura a migliorare il più possibile: bagni di difficile gestione, soprattutto a seguito della doccia.

+: Location was impeccable on the beautiful strip of Kati Stalos. It is right on the beach, near several restaurants and a little market shop across the street for necessities. For the price I paid this place is an incredible value. The owner was very kind and welcoming. I got there a little early and it was no problem at all to check in. He grilled up some pork chops for lunch and we all gathered around the table! It was so fun and cute.

-: The shower was a bit difficult to use because it was very small and the water would get everywhere. However there was a drain on the floor so it was easy to squeegee the water into the drain afterward.

+: Great location and the most beautifull house in Agia Marina with very friendly owner and staff, with direct exit to beautiful sand beach (which is shown on the photographs, it looks more beautiful when you see it in person) where you have free umbrella and sunbeds or natural shade if you prefer. Enough power sockets for everyone, and one important thing- main power of the room is controled by switch, not by electrical fuse attached to your room key, so you can leave your lap tops or other devices to charge while you are away. Very clean- every day cleaning with changing of towels and sheets. Next- around the facility you can find 247 stand with friendly locals, which has everything you could need in the midle of the night, even condensed milk in a small can for coffee😁, store with groceries and stuff you need during your stay right across the street, ATM, a few restaurants and fast food objects also, bus station to both directions also very near. All in all- five stars from me and me family, we had beautiful 15 nights stay, and we are coming also next year.

-: Shower curtain in the bathroom- the water always finds her way to spread around, but that was the situation in our room, I don't know how are the others. But that is so irrelevant when you have everything else so great😊

+: Giannis, his father and the cleaning lady are very nice and helpful! Very good location, clean beach and free sunbeds. The bus stop is near, called Kato Stalos Gallini. There are shops and tavernas nearby. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is a small nice balcony.We would definitely like to stay here again
