-: This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel and I’ve traveled to over 50 countries. There were multiple failures on the hotel staff during my 1 week stay. Staff neglected to clean our room throughout our week stay despite calling the front desk as a reminder. The bed sheets were dirty and old towels were not collected, forcing us to buy our own towels and blankets as the front desk staff told us the maids were gone for the day each morning. Front desk staff were extremely combative and dismissive when we asked for assistance. I would not recommend staying here.

-: I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable, primarily due to the unpleasant behavior and lack of service from the staff. Over the course of my one-week stay, several issues occurred:1. Housekeeping Neglect: Despite repeated requests to the front desk, our room was not cleaned throughout our stay. The bed sheets were dirty, and we had to purchase our own towels and blankets because we were told that housekeeping staff had left for the day, even in the morning. It was clear the cleaning staff left the premises earlier. On one occasion, the housekeeping staff said they wouldn’t clean with our suitcases in the room. It became apparent that housekeeping was not a reliable service at this hotel.2. Unprofessional Accusations: When I inquired about the lack of cleaning, I was unfairly accused by the front desk staff (Kristina or Rena) of smoking in the room—something I have never and would never do, especially as someone with asthma. It felt like I was being reprimanded simply for asking for services I already paid for.3. Aggressive Encounter: One morning, the head of cleaning services (Thamasis), repeatedly banged loudly on our door, demanding we vacate the room for cleaning, even though it was well within checkout time. His behavior was violent, aggressive and alarming, yelling and charging at me in a way that startled even the neighboring rooms, who ultimately intervened. Ironically, this sense of urgency was nonexistent when we previously asked for basic services like towels, blankets, water, or coffee—amenities that were supposedly included with the stay we paid for.4. Rude & Unhelpful Front Desk Staff: When I tried to escalate the violent encounter by requesting to speak with a manager, the staff became evasive. They began speaking in Greek, refused further assistance, and hid their name badges to avoid being identified.

-: Δεν υπήρχαν πρίζες δίπλα από το κρεβάτι. Υπήρχε μόνο 1 πρίζα σε όλο το δωμάτιο. Ο νεροχύτης δεν τραβούσε το νερό καλά. Η μηχανή του καφέ μέσα στο δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικη και η κουρτίνα ξηλωμένη

+: la posizione sul mare, la vista panoramica, la disponibilità nelle vicinanze di diversi ristoranti e di posti in spiaggia.

-: Non mi è piacito il fatto che il bagno della mia camera non fosse separato dalla stessa da una parete e che il WC avesse soltanto una porta scorrevole in vetro, peraltro restando aperto in alto ... c'erano anche pochi ganci per le salviette ... Come in molti altri alberghi internazionali non apprezzo neppure che, anche in piena estate, il letto sia fatto con una piumino (anche se leggero)

+: cannot fault this hotel at all, arrived a couple of hours early to check in, no problem at all, got the keys to our room and was surprised by being given a free upgrade to a room with a plunge pool! Staff couldn’t do enough for us and even gave us a little gift each when we checked out today. Would not hesitate to go back!
