+: Obrovský výběr jídel na snídani i večeři mě opravdu překvapil, jídlo i drinky jsou opravdu dobré, bylo těžké se nepřejíst! Obsluha i personál profesionální, příjemný, ochotný a rychlý. Atmosféra pohodová, lokace hotelu je velmi klidná, i když blízko létají letadla, bylo to spíše zajímavé, nerušilo. Pláž kousek od hotelu moc pěkná, čistá teplá voda, jen pár lidí. V blízkém okolí hotelu i pár dobrých restaurací a obchodů, kde mají všechno. Vybavení pokoje pěkné, postele příjemné a velké. Koupelna vyhovující. Vše bylo prostorné, i balkon s posezením. V průběhu našeho pobytu byly často bouřky, každou noc pršelo a hodně bouřilo, rádi jsme pozorovali blesky z balkonu (Přes den bylo pěkně). Byli jsme moc smutní, že jsme museli odejít, hned bychom se vrátili! Úžasný relax.

-: Možná jen umístění klimatizace na pokoji, studený vzduch proudil přímo na postel, na noc jsme museli vypínat. Jinak nic.

+: From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff, and that continued throughout the stay.The photos on tripadvisor are pretty much what we experienced. The rooms are clean and the grounds are well kept.There was plenty of choice of food, both at breakfast and evening, with the added bonus of free juices and coffees at breakfast. The food was a good standard for what we paid. Pool-side snack bar for lunches had a really good menu and quality of food was better.A highlight was the Eden cocktail bar in the evenings, which had a lovely finish and vibe. Even after walking up and down the main strip, this place still stood out and lured us back each night - and the price were very reasonable. We never felt a reason to need to leave the hotel.We visited at the start of September - the main pool had plenty of beds and never seemed overcrowded. But a bonus for us was the adult-only pool. Calm and tranquil, and again never a shortage of beds to choose from.Overall a great four-night stay and we would look to return for a similar break in the future. A huge thanks to the hotel and staff for making it so enjoyable and relaxing.

-: The rooms were clean, and were cleaned daily, but it felt like some areas were missed - and there were long hairs in the bathroom. It’s very close to the airport (great for a short journey) - the planes are loud but thankfully not too regular. Whilst a great selection of food, the quality of some of it could be better (however, good value for money).

+: Frühstücksbuffet war der Hammer sogar mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft so viel man wollte ❤️Der Pool war toll und der Wasserpark war auch sehr nett vorallem für kleinere Kids bis 8 Jahre ein Traum

-: Nur die Entfernung zum Strand war mir persönlich zu weit, das ist aber geschmacksache

+: Super super friendly staff! Nectaria and all of the reception team were exceptional. Since we were to leave super early on the last day, they anticipated the corresponding breakfast to the day we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. They also managed to get us into a boat tour which we had not booked in advance, and it was amazing. Trust their recommendations and enjoy Zakynthos, which is beautiful! The hotel was very well taken care of. Our room was spacious and even included a nice balcony.

-: The pool unfortunately closed too early.
