+: Brilliant location, very clean and great facilities

-: Slightly low cold water pressure upstairs but nothing that we didn’t like.

+: This villa is perfect for a holiday in Pefkos lindos ! It is spacious, very clean and the pool finishes it off perfectly! The lovely cleaner comes in every 3 days to give it a clean and new towels and Eleni (the owner) was wonderful, on hand if we needed anything and left us a welcome hamper and gifted us some sweet treats as we left. Can’t fault our time at Melfe Villa.

+: The villa has everything you need… and more! The owner was so kind to welcome us at arrival with a filled fridge. The house was cleaned twice during the week, and they bring fresh towels. It has a nice outside area with multiple spots to relax and have dinner. The location is great, close to a supermarket and the beach, and only a 10 min drive to the beautiful Lindos. I would recommend staying at Melfe Villa to everyone!

+: Just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Melfe Villa. Nine adults and a toddler.From the moment we booked, the host Eleni, has been exceptional. She answered all our questions before we left (provided cot and highchair) and made sure our stay was perfect. Eleni had stocked the villas with essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, water and various wonderful breakfast items which was gratefully received as we didn't arrive until 1am.The villas are amply spacious for large groups and the bedrooms and living spaces are comfortable and welcoming, with lovely lights and pictures handmade by Eleni and her Husband.The pool and outdoor space are breathtaking, there was ample space with shade with lovely beanbag and egg chairs plus the bbq areas.The villas are quiet and secure and feel totally luxurious but just a short walk away from the main high street with a supermarket right at the top of the road. Honestly I can't rate this villa high enough. Perfect for couples, groups and families.But the thing that made our stay even better was the kindness and warmth of the host. Eleni went above and beyond when our transfers didn't turn up (both arriving and leaving!). She checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed for our holiday and also came to say goodbye on our last day (she also came laden with beautiful tradition Lindos confectionery for us all).Book this villa. You will not regret it!

-: There are no negatives. The only downside is that only one of the villas has a pool, which isn't a problem if your booking the two villas as a whole.

+: Eleni met us on arrival, showed us around the beautiful villa. Spacious and airy. Spotlessly clean and was cleaned, sheets and towels changed every three days. Beautiful pool, lovely gardens with hammock, and comfy chairs and BBQ. The Villa had everything you could need, and more, for a self catering holiday. Eleni had left many goodies to start our holiday off, including little essential things like salt, pepper, oil etc. we had an issue with the toilet not flushing one day. We had a plumber at the door within 10 minutes to fix the problem. Excellent service. Communication with Eleni throughout our stay was excellent. The location of the Villa is perfect. A short stroll to the main street with numerous amazing restaurants and bars. And less than a 10 minute walk to get to the beach. Perfect Villa in a perfect location.

-: There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the Villa, however, it was expensive, especially as we visited outside of the busy school holiday period.
