-: האוכל שם מריח ונראה לא טוב, קיבלתי חיידק בבטן מהאוכל (רק שם אכלתי) החדרים נראים מלוכלכים במיוחד האמבטיה הרבה פעמים דפקו בדלת לא חיכו אפילו דקה ופתחו את הדלת. כשביקשנו מהחדר שיזמינו מונית לבית חולים הם אמרו שבסדר ובסוף חיכו קודם שנרד למטה ורק אז התחילו לחפש מונית.

-: Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I got food poisoning from the main restaurant, and it’s clear this isn't an isolated incident. Other guests we spoke to had similar experiences, and several previous reviews also mention food poisoning, yet the hotel still refuses to acknowledge the issue or offer any compensation. I ended up missing the last couple of days of my holiday because I was bedridden.The state of the rooms left a lot to be desired. Ours was in poor condition, with noticeable wear and tear. There were questionable stains on the bedding, a rushed paint job, and a door that wouldn’t close properly unless slammed shut. Upon arrival, we found the door wide open, likely because housekeeping hadn't closed it properly, which made us feel uneasy. As a result, we chose not to have our room cleaned for the entire stay, fearing it might happen again while our belongings were inside.Additionally, there was little to no guidance on how the “extra” food services worked, which led to some awkward situations. On my first day, I reached for a slice of pizza and was scolded for not following the proper procedure, which hadn't been explained. It would have been much better if clear instructions were provided to avoid such uncomfortable moments.Overall, the lack of attention to detail and the dismissive attitude toward guest issues made this a very disappointing experience.
