+: The property was just a 5 minute walk from the harbour and in a quiet area. Sunrise and sunset from the upstairs terrace were beautiful and there was a view to the sea in one direction and the mountains in another. It was lovely to have a terrace on the ground floor too. The house was perfect - very well equipped, exceptionally clean and it was good to have parking space in the grounds. The hosts were easy to contact and were very prompt to resolve a problem. We really enjoyed our stay and were glad we chose Agios Nikolaos and Nikoloudi Estate. Highly recommended. 😊

+: Locul e superb, retras, dar cu marea si plajele in imediata apropiere. E ideal pentru cei care vor sa petreaca niste zile linistite si confortabile.

-: In descriere apare ca locul are 3 camere, dar are 2 dormitoare si un living. Ar fi bine sa se mentioneze lucrul acesta, mentionand clar numarul dormitoarelor, ca sa nu se creeze confuzie. Noi am fost pusi in situatie in care o persoana a trebuit sa doarma in living si acest lucru nu a fost foarte confortabil.

+: La casa è deliziosa, iper accessoriata con ogni tipo di elettrodomestico. Anche se non preventivato Olga ci ha fornito caffè, miele, marmellata e succhi. Abbiamo potuto utilizzare Netflix con il nostro account, wifi molto potente. Soggiorno stupendo

+: C'était très joli et très bien placé.La vue était très bien.Confortable et proche du village.

+: La villa è veramente bellissima e molto curata con 2 terrazze grandissime, quella inferiore per mangiare e quella superiore con salottino e sdraio prendisole. Cucina e salotto spazioso come le 2 camere e i 2 bagni. Letti e cuscini comodi. Arredamento curato e pulizia ottima.Le tre ville sono circondate da uliveto e aiuole fiorite.Anche il lungomare di Agios Nikolaos è molto carino con ristoranti eccellenti e curati. Piccola spiaggia adiacente al paese.
