+: the only nice thing was a swimming pool. and the lady who worked there was very nice.

-: the photos do not match what you get. a lot was broken. I couldn't even hang the shower head because the hose was too short. the beds are very bad, you can feel the springs in the mattress. the air conditioning did not work well and in the living room there is no air conditioning at all. It's okay if it's old, but it has to work, and the pictures have to match what you get, it didn't even look like it. In the photos you see a very new villa. and this was very old.

+: מתחם של 9 וילות פרטיות. וילה 2 קומות עם בריכה פרטית חביבה מאוד, מטבח מאובזר, חנייה צמוד לדירה. קרוב מאוד למרכז חרסוניסוס. בעל הדירה זמין ועונה מיד על הכל, חברת האחזקה מסייעת במה שצריך.מתאים מאוד לחופשה משפחתית!!! יש 2 חדרים למעלה, ולמטה עוד 4 מיטות.אפשר לקחת כמה משפחות וילות צמודות.

+: EVERYTHING WAS WELL ORGANIZED. VILLA KALLIOPI WAS JUST DELIGHTFUL. SITTING BY THE POOL AND ADMIRING THE WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE AND THE SUMMER LANDSCAPE LIVING AT YOUR FEET. IT WAS WONDERFUL. THE VILLA NOT ONLY MADE UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS BUT IT WAS SOMETHING BEYOND LUXURY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE HOST AND IT MEANS OF COURSE THAT WE WILL BOOK AGAIN TO STAY IN THESE VILLAS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. VILLA KALLIOPI WAS THE BEST CHOICE WE MADE IN ORDER TO STAY IN CRETE.

+: Excellent villa in a good location. About 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the old towns of Piskopiano and Koutouloufari The villa had everything Very clean Great communication from hosts Lovely pool - far bigger than we were expecting Fantastic outdoor space with eating area, sun lounging area and BBQ Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

-: The only small criticism is that we arrived late at night, and it was difficult to find the actual villa, as the name of the villa is located on the door Perhaps a sign on the gate outside would be really useful

-: The villa was a bit disappointing. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart and many appliances did not work. In addition, the oven was very dirty. The bathrooms were okay. The drain of the washing machine ran into the bathtub and there was a lack of good lighting. The master bed was good. All the other beds were okay. Overall, there was some damage to the villa. Probably caused by partying youth. It is advertised nicer than it actually is. Many of the facilities mentioned are barely there or not at all. I would not book this again. Even at this low price.
