+: Great location surrounded by shops and plenty of restaurants. On the main strip so easy to access the nightlife but not too much noise pollution. Best pool facilities in Malia I have travelled many times but this one was the best with access to a pool party Wednesdays and Fridays. The room was clean and housekeeping really deep cleaned mid stay. Offer a good breakfast at the pool and owners are on site if anything is needed. Really loved my stay 1010 💛

-: we booked for 2 days. the room not even close to the pictures advertised on booking.com The room smells horrible, smell of moisturemold. The bathroom is beyond dirty, there are hair and dust everywhere, spider webs on the walls and flys in the room. The main door of the room is broken (next to the lock) and the toilet window doesn't close, as the room is basically in the basement, people could easily enter from the street. Kitchen cabinet and dressing table are broken. The room and hotel area is all overall dirty. We complained but the lady on the reception didn’t even bother to check the room and didn’t offer any solution. We could not stay in the room as it’s not safe and the smell is basically impossible. so we left immediately.

-: Beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit. Des autres invités qui crient et qui font du bruit exagéré dans leurs chambres pendant la nuit sans aucun respect pour les autres qui dorment. Malgré les avertissements du personnel de l’hôtel, leur comportement se répètent tous les nuits même à 05h00 du matin. Ce n’est pas un hôtel recommandé pour ceux qui veulent faire des vacances tranquiles.

-: Camere sporche ,lerce, non si è potuto usare il condizionatore per quanto sporco,tutta la struttura invasa da ragazzini senza alcun controllo e la struttura non fornisce una vigilanza. Un allarme antifumo distrutto praticamente strappato dal soffitto
