+: Really convenient location, stone's throw from the Old Town and the sea, and a walking distance from the bus station. Very clean, well-maintained and furnished apartment. Small but functional kitchen with all the basic utensils. Nice, shaded parking space downstairs. Very close to small grocery and convenience shops where you can grab your morning coffee. Excellent value for money. The only thing that you should consider is the fact that the apartment is across the street from a school with two basketball courts and there are two construction sites operating in the neighborhood (as of April 2024), so there might be some noises during the day.

+: Très proche du centre ville, l'appartement est spacieux et beau avec une belle terrasse vue mer. C'est calme.

-: Il manque de petites choses : pas de micro-ondes, de tapis de douche, de torchon pour la vaisselle. Il y a une machine à laver mais tout écrit en grec et pas une goutte de lessive. Ce sont des détails.

+: Το διαμέρισμα είναι άριστο και σε καταπληκτικό σημείο. Έχει μεγάλους χώρους, είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένο, με κουζίνα, άνετο μπάνιο, πάρκινγκ, όμορφη θέα προς την θάλασσα και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο μέρος της πόλης, δίπλα όμως στο παλιό λιμάνι και την παλιά πόλη, χωρίς να επηρεάζεται απο την πολυκοσμία ή την φασαρία. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός και άμεσος στην επικοινωνία.

-: Παραγματικά δεν έχω να πώ κάτι αρνητικό! Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά αν επέστρεφα στα Χανιά!

+: Posizione comoda sia x il centro che per altri spostamenti, parcheggio coperto

-: Piccolezze, sarebbe stato utile qualcosa x asciugarse i piatti in cucina, magari tenere a disposizione un'ombrellone x quando le spiaggie sono piene, qualcosa per riporre saponi etc dentro la doccia

-: Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική καθώς και το στρώμα του κρεβατιού.

+: La ubicación muy buena, hermosa vista del balcón, muy cómodo y prolijo. Tiene espacio de parking privado que es fundamental si vas en auto. La comunicación con los hospedadores fue excelente, un trato muy amable, no encontraba el espacio de parking, llame y me asesoraron perfecto. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones magníficas.

+: Das Apartment hat eine super Lage, unweit des Hafens und der Stadt. Es ist gut ausgestattet und hat reichlich Platz für 2 Personen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank
