+: Ranias is incredibly central and just a 2 minute walk to the narrow but beautiful beach visible from the apartment. The whole apartment is very well stocked, well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Christos was a wonderful and generous host, helping us with any questions we had and any help we might need. We're going to really miss this place and can't wait to come back again! -Steve & Amira

+: We had an amazing time staying here!! It’s an incredible apartment, very spacious, has everything you need and the location is superb!! The host, Christos, was also incredibly helpful and friendly, we really appreciated him!!

+: Very good location with super easy walking distance to the old town via promenade by the sea.

-: Well maintained and kept property with nice decor. Massive balcony terrace with a sea view.

+: i arrived to the property and someone was waiting for us.

+: The location was convenient and you could sea the water from the balcony. The owner was helpful and directed us to a good bake shop and a local grocery store.

-: The traffic noise was quite loud when sitting on the balcony.

+: Όλα ήταν τέλεια στο σπίτι το παραλάβαμε πεντακάθαρο,ήταν πολύ άνετα για εμάς που ήμασταν τέσσερα άτομα, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο των Χανίων....... παρόλο που δεν χρειαστηκαμε κάτι ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν σε συνεχή επικοινωνία μαζί μας..... ευχαριστούμε πολύ 🙂🙂

+: Spacious apartment with modern kitchen and superb sea views. Welcoming and caring host. Exceptionally clean with excellent range of kitchen utensils. Good location with 15 min walk to Old Town Venetian Harbour.

-: Good beaches are a 40 min walk bus ride to the west of the town. There are 2 beaches near to the apartment. One is small and pebbly. On the other, the sea comes so far in that there is no beach.

+: Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e a completa disposizione. L’appartamento è fornito di ogni cosa, è in una posizione fantastica (dal mare è possibile raggiungere in poco tempo il centro, c’è posto auto e c’è una spiaggetta a 2minuti) e la pulizia è eccellente.

+: Nous avons loué cet appartement pour la deuxième fois et c’était à nouveau parfait 🤗 L’accueil très chaleureux de Christos et Rania, leurs petites attentions, l’appartement contient tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin. Si nous revenons à Chania nous réserverons à nouveau sans hésiter. Merci Christos et Rania continuez comme ça 👍 🥰 Nous recommandons ++++++
