+: This place offers a fantastic location and excellent hosts. The villa felt like a paradise on earth, surpassing my expectations with its taste, style, comfort, quality, views, amenities, cleanliness and tranquillity. The decor is beautiful, the beds and sofa are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The peaceful and private location was a highlight. Plus, they offer convenient airport transfer services and the parking was also free!

+: If you haven't had a chance to experience this amazing place you should. The property itself was gorgeous - living room right on the water of the superb pool and huge outdoor hangoutdining area. Through the genteel and informative owner we chartered a convenient airport transfer services which literally picked us up right at the airport. Highly recommended to everyone!

+: Just had the best day staying at one of the Seametry Luxury Living Villa. The house was wonderful, so clean and beautiful. Never wanted to leave the huge and spotless pool! Owner was fantastic host and very friendly. Would recommend staying here every time. Strongly recommended!

+: This charming villa exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally beautiful and the pool was amazing. The villa's rate was very reasonable and we had a fantastic view of the balchony from our bedroom. WIFI was also had a great signal and it was free of course! I highly recommend this villa!

+: Γενικά τό οίκημα ήταν, καινούργιο, όμορφο, ευρύχωρο, ήσυχο, άνετο καί ικανοποίησε τίς προσδοκίες μας για μία ευχάριστη διαμονή!!!

-: Δεν μας ικανοποίησε γενικά ή καθαριότητα τού χώρου.Μέτρια έως καλη.Ενα τόσο όμορφο σπίτι θά έπρεπε να ήταν άψογα καθαρό... Επιβάλλεται.Η ηλεκτρική σκούπα πού είχε.απαράδεκτη γεμάτη σακούλα, μύριζε καί ήταν καί λάθος ή μάρκα τής σακούλας με την μάρκα τής σκούπας.

+: My kids loved the pool and the beds were nice and comfy. The views were stunning and location is very secluded and private. The owners and manager were helpful, polite and very accommodating. The properly is very spacious for a family of 4 and clean.

-: The property is extremely secluded due to being in a residential area, which is great if you want to be out of the way and not stay in a typical resort type location. However, the neighbouring animals (dogs, roosters etc) kept us awake during the first night. After speaking to the owner about this and ensuring all shutters were fully down, the noise had calmed and were able to sleep without any problems.

+: Pas très loin du centre ville de chania, maison bien équipée, confortable et un hôte au top très disponible

-: Malgré que nous ayons vraiment adorés cette maison, Manque de sécurité pour les bébés (escaliers et piscine) après c’est sûr que c’est aux parents de faire attention à leurs enfants
