+: Hotel boutique verdaderamente hermoso. Cuarto amplio con todas las comodidades y más! Vistas increíbles. Personal muy atento y amable, siempre a tu servicio y disposición para todo lo que se necesite. Muy recomendado !

+: Le personnel adorable et très arrangeant. L'emplacement idéal pour se rendre d'un bout à l'autre de l'île. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon. La chambre toujours propre et qui sent bon. La piscine privée chauffée nettoyée aussi tous les matins. L'hôtel est magnifique.

+: - traumhafte Lage: direkter Blick auf das Meer + direkt an einer Bushaltestelle für die Weiterfahrt über die Insel + direkt am Einstieg zum Wanderweg Richtung Fira + kurzer Weg Richtung Oia für Sightseeing, Shopping oder den Sonnenuntergang - Zimmer und Hotelanlage sauber und gepflegt, modern und zugleich landestypisch gestaltet - eigene sichtgeschützte Terrasse mit eigenem Pool und Sitz- sowie Liegemöglichkeiten - Personal stets freundlich und bemüht, jedoch unterschiedlich hilfreich und bereit zuzuhören bei Problemen

-: - Frühstücksmanagement: am Vortag wird Essen ausgewählt es dürfen nur 2 Parteien für das gleiche Zeitfenster gebucht werden 8:30, 9:00, usw., dann wird das Essen auf der Terrasse serviert, hierbei sind im Aufenthalt wiederholt Fehler und Wartezeiten aufgetreten: unvollständige Bestellungen erhalten Essen für andere Zimmer erhalten Wartezeiten bis zu 40Min gleiches Essen in unterschiedlicher Qualität erhalten Anruf vor festgelegter Uhrzeit erhalten, um früher zu kommen Auswahl gut, aber sehr süßlastig und für längere Aufenthalte eintönig - Zimmereinrichtung ohne Ablage für einige Sachen wie Regale oder Kommode bis auf 8Bügel und 2Haken, dadurch hat man jeden Tag das "Aus-dem-Koffer-Leben-Gefühl" - Dusche ohne Vorhang Abtrennung + Toilette mit "Fenstern" gewöhnungsbedürftig

+: Staff were amazing, so kind and friendly. They went above an beyond to make us comfortable and help us! We arranged a car hire with them and they accommodated right away. They gave us good recommendations for things to do in Oia and what to visit around the island. The hotel is beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing, it is a boutique so there weren't loads of guests and we could use all the facilities freely and had privacy. Crystal went above and beyond for us and was a pleasure to see everyday! Breakfast was lovely with amazing views over the island.

-: The shower in our room was nice but it had no door, it was an open stone style concept which is lovely but might be something to consider if sharing a room. Does not have a caldera view but does have stunning views over the island. Not that close of a walk to Oia and is slightly uphill so be mindful if you have walking difficulties.

+: Le personnel très gentil et aux petits soins. L'hôtel est très propre et vraiment beau.

+: Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was very nice and lovely to chose if we want it in the room or by the pool. We opted for in our room to enjoy the beautiful view from our roof terrace. Extremely well located at a 15min walk to Oia, easy and big car park at the hotel. Magnificent sunset in the evening. Quiet area which we loved but still walking distance to lots of restaurants.

-: Nothing we had a wonderful time and hope to come back in September. If we are being very picky, we could have done with a little bit more storage space for our clothes maybe but we don't tend to travel so light ;-)
