+: If you want to escape busy and noisy cities, this place will be perfect for you. A lot of space. There are 3 toilets so it was very convenient since there were 6 of us. 4 balconies, the main one overlooking the pool and the sea. The view is spectacular and at night the balconies are perfect for star gazing. The private pool is to die for. Even though, it wasn't the warmest during our stay we still jumped in few times. It lights up at night which gives it a nice look. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. Beds are very comfortable. Fresh sheets and towels. Lovely host who gave us some helpful advice and greeted us with a fruit basket and bottle of wine. We especially appreciated his patience since we didn't know when exactly we are going to arrive and needed to change the time few times. But we had no problem with communication and were met at the arrival. Thank you very much for a lovely stay :)

+: Villa had a stunning view of the sea and the family really enjoyed the deep swimming pool.

-: The kitchen cupboards are becoming a bit old and certain areas are beginning to show their age.

+: We couldn't fault Villa Sunset!!!! Amazing location, amazing villa, well equipped and comfy and clean. Pool was lovely, and the village around was very nice too. Amazing amazing holiday, we will see you again!!!

+: The property was clean and well maintained. The views were gorgeous. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the location and almost everything in the villa was perfect.

-: The shower on lower level is not enclosed resulting in wet floors. A mirror in the lower level bedroom would be handy. A wifi extender would help reach all through the villa.

+: Die Lage und die Aussicht sind super. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat kleine Reparaturen sofort erledigt. Die Poolanlage ist wirklich wunderbar.

-: Der Wasserdruck bei den Duschen ist sehr schwach.

+: Lovely Villa, with a stunning view and an amazing swimming pool. Inside, it was reasonably well equipped, with plenty of space. We liked how there were two bedrooms on the top floor, a living room kitchen on the middle floor, and a further bedroom on the bottom floor, opening out onto the swimming pool. This allowed two families a reasonable amount of privacy. Wifi internet (6.74mbs download 0.43mbs upload) had good range. The local beach was rather stony - but there is a nice sandy beach and lots of nice restaurants in Almyrida (10 minute drive). The local village is a 5 minute drive, and also has a couple of nice restaurants and also a couple of grocery stores.

-: The mattresses were a little firm for our taste, and the water pressure in the showers was not great. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, but had all the basics we needed.
