+: Perfect place to stay for a lovely holiday!

+: We liked the location however for the price the lack of hospitality was very disappointing.

-: The room itself while modern was not very accommodating to stay in, there were no hooks or areas in the bathroom to leave anything. The faucet was falling off of the wall & you had to stand next to the wall in the shower in order to be under the shower head which was also falling out of the wall. The room is very humid & musty, it really needs a fan for air circulation. The key is very hard to use, I could not ever unlock the door myself & we once got locked inside & had to climb out the window! Also the steps down to the apartment are very steep & slanted, the host offered no help to transport our large luggage to the room & it was honestly dangerous & slippery. The listing states there is complimentary room cleaning which never occurred for us, we never received fresh towels or linens. The lightbulb in the bathroom was out & the bathroom door does not shut. The ac in the room was also not functioning properly & after voicing our concern to the host she ignored the majority of our concerns.

-: separate area for the hot tub is a waste of space. Tub does not appear to be maintained and I did not feel comfortable turning it on. they should remove it and make alternate use of that space.The bathroom’s showhead is not great.
