+: El diseny, la piscina climatitzada a la mateixa sala d'estar, aire condicionat a totes les habitacions, tot en general. Ideal per a una familia o grup d'amics.

-: Podrien ser millors tant el manteniment com la neteja.

+: It was a large warehouse like space good for bigger groups travelling. The location was ok , roughly 15min walk to bottom of ermou Joyce the host was very responsive with her txtsHouse felt very secure downstairs at entrance

-: The property to a degree features what’s within the ad however the quality of the villa is very low. The moisture from the pool makes the house smell damp and almost mouldy. The doors on all the balcony’s are broken or very old. The upstairs bathroom had a bath with a handle very impractical and the downstairs shower has no cover so flooded the bathroom (shower cover shown in ad) The upstairs bathroom floor was so old and dirty or potentially mouldy not sure but just needs to be redone asap & the pool was green and clearly needed to be chlorinated. The stairs were slightly loose and moved alot and were extremely creaky and felt abit unsafe. Would also not recommend the villa for children of any age many hazardous areas that means you need to be always supervising The photos clearly are from when the house was first built but has unfortunately over time become very run down. Would be find for a younger group of people not wanting to spend too much time there vs. families.

+: This is a beautiful nicely located apartmenthouse. I just loved how the entire place was designed and we enjoyed our time there. House is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay (soap, toiletries, hairdryer, iron, etc.). There is a nice outdoor atrium and a balcony if you want to stay outside or smoke. You will find interesting shops, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, and getting tofrom this place to main attractions in Athens, by car, on foot or by taxitransportation is easy.

-: You can see a lot of signs of wear and tear around the house - it could use a bit of refresh. Missing shower curtains, several lights not working and the doors not closing easily. Still, the biggest remark is a loud dehumidifier (needed because of the indoor pool) which is turned on during most of the day. Over time, you get used to it, and overnight it is off, so you get a needed silence for a good night sleep, but during the day I would prefer it to be much quieter. Unfortunately it doesn't even do its work well and you can sense a bit of moist in the house and sometimes you can see it on windows. I am hoping that these remarks will adjust future visitors' expectations so that they enjoy even more the Villa Meliti. Despite its shortcomings it is still a very nice place to stay.

+: L’emplacement était bon (15 bonnes minutes de marche de Placa). La maison est entièrement climatisée, il y a une terrasse au soleil et une terrasse à l’ombre. La literie est bonne. Il y a de l’espace.

-: La salle de douche est continuellement inondée car il n’y a pas de rideau de douche et la toilette fuite. Il n’y a aucun matériel de nettoyage dans toute la maison. La cuisine est très grande, il y a beaucoup de rangement mais tout est vide. Un peu plus de matériel aurait été le bienvenu. Et un fond de cuisine également (sel, poivre, huile,…)

-: The shower didn’t have a shower curtain, water was going everywhere.
