+: The best part of the resort was Marrakech pool, only for the adults, with the very chill music and the nice bar. At this pool the choice of all inclusive drinks is smaller, there is a plenty of other drinks, but you need to pay for them. Other pools next to the snack bar and blue lagune bar are a little bit crowded and you should make sure to leave a towel eariler. Also, at these pools you have diferent activeties during the day and every night. At this pool you have few coctels, beers, wine, juices, included, and coffies etc..The resort is not too big, but not small, just a perfect size.There is supermarket open 247, and a little gym with AC that can be usefull for some quicks workouts on your holidays.The rooms are not to big, but big enough, and with the fridge, big closet, hairdryer, I would say everything you will need at the room. And a nice terace that you can sit at.There is a laguage room where you can leave you suitcases if you are checking in earlier or leaving later and use the all inclusive facilities, except room of courseLocation is a little bit out of faliraki centre, so you will need to walk down and up hill to the closest beach, or try to find a public bus, which are so confusing and usually so late at Rhodes, while the taxi were a bit expencive to the any place we went.Food has a lot of choice, breakfast usually similar but with few new things every morning, and I believe everyone can find something.. Every day there is a fish made different way and was so delicious..Dinner every night with different theme, for excample Asian food, International, ect.. only the desserts were quite poor, and if you come late maybe you wont even find anything. The staff at the recepcion soo nice, also at the restaurant and bar.

-: The hotel organizes 3 buses a day to the faliraki, but the last one is at 5pm which is too early, and from faliraki at 5:05 pm.

+: the water park

-: We booked two superior triple rooms at the same price for two families with a child and a baby. We got one room smaller than the other. The hotel did not allow us to put a baby crib in the small room because the room is too small according to them. They accused us of not specifying in the order that we wanted a baby bed - even though we did ask for it. Receptionists were not nice. The free WIFI was slow and we had to pay for WIFI to browse YouTube. The food was not tasty and we had an upset stomach. Alcohol was chargeable except for two low level cocktails. There was no free water for two at night.

+: Marracesh Oasis pool area was amazing, saved our holiday completely. Though hard spirits were not included there for all inclusive. Also pancakes at breakfast were amazing and Maria in pool bar!

-: First room we got had mold in it, luckily we managed to change the room. Heard other had same issue and they got reply ”you can change hotel, we don’t have more rooms”. Staff was tired of their work, not friendly, helpful or professional. Only when the manager comes to observe, they try to serve you decently. They even lied about how we could go to Marmaris and that we need Visa even as Finnish citizens we should not need it. 247 shop at the hotel was not open 247 and that is the only shop near by. It was closed whenever a group was checking in for 30-45 minutes. Snack bar meat was probably frozen as they were already cooked once and taken from a bucket to only heat it up. Pork was often raw and disgusting. Food overall was below average, compared to real restaurants in Greece. In three person room, you only get one key and you cannot cool the room without the key. So after hot day at pool you need to suffer from hot room for 1-2 hours and stay in the room while waiting it to cool. Lot of stairs and no help with luggage from staff. One day pancakes ran out 1 hour before breakfast was over..I mean pancakes take only flour and eggs.. How can all inclusive hotel run out of those? Same food for children every day: spagetti and bolognese.

+: Ottima struttura, personale cortese e servizio di ristorazione eccellente, ogni giorno una cena a tema. 3 piscine di cui una attrezzata con parco acquatico per bambini, market aperto 24h per ogni esigenza.

-: Gli orari di apertura e chiusura delle piscine decisamente da rivedere, apertura ore 11 troppo tardi e ore 17( parco acquatico) e 18 le altre 2 troppo presto, quando con il caldo di Rodi è l' orario migliore in cui stare.

-: Als willkommen Wasser am Boden ins Zimmer!Sauberkeit Katastrophe!!Essen war leider nicht große Auswahl..Zimmer Servis war für fünf Nächte nur zweimal in Zimmer..Ameise im Badezimmer..Stockbett Holz gebrochen 😡
